| In this paper,the PTA plant air compressor control system upgrade of a sinopec company as the subject background,first introduced the research background,domestic and foreign research status quo,and then the basic principle and structure of centrifugal compressor do a detailed description,summed up the PTA plant on the air compressor control requirements.On the premise of a deep understanding of the process,this paper completes the design of the control strategy of PTA air compressor,including the selection of unit monitoring points,start-stop logic strategy,safety interlocking strategy,speed control strategy and anti-surge control strategy.Because the traditional limit of variable flow control based on PID control algorithm in practical application process there is a regulation for a long time,overshoot volume larger problem,difficult to meet the harsh conditions,this paper puts forward a kind of anti surge control scheme based on fuzzy algorithm,combining fuzzy control and PID control algorithm,optimize the anti surge control,Matlab software was used to establish a simulation model,and its feasibility was verified by simulation debugging.The experimental results show that the algorithm has fast response speed,small overshoot and strong robustness,which has certain reference value for the optimization of anti-surge control of air compressor.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper completed the design of the network architecture and hardware configuration of the control system of the PTA air compressor unit,and then took THE TS-3000 control system of TRICON company as the development platform to configure the hardware,control strategy and monitoring screen of the control system.After the configuration was completed,the system was tested and analyzed.Finally complete the control of the unit.The control system of PTA air compressor unit designed in this paper has been put into operation.At present,the system runs stably and the man-machine interface interaction is good,which can meet the control requirements of air compressor unit.It verifies the rationality and reliability of the control system design. |
