Industry,agriculture,national defence and science and technology rising steadily with China's rising economic power.Particularly recent years,the need of steel enlarge by the influence of real estate market.But in the process of metallurgy,axial flow compressor is the core.Compressor not only blow in the oxygen in the metallurgy but also with full dose.if the quantity of air is not enough,the product is inferior-quality product.In the process of blowing-in,because of some element(these element is actually existing,not wiped out,but reducing the influence),maybe leads to surge.Therefore,it is necessary to prevent surge on the compressor.The study of anti-surge controller is the strong preotection of safe operation of axial flow compressor.This paper based on what stated before do research on the anti-surege controller.The design of anti-surge controller is made of hardware and software.In hardware design part,this paper completed the design of power modul,signal conditioning module,signal transformation module,transformation between 4~20m A and 0~3V U/I and I/U,self-checking circuit,communication connection module and necessary crystal oscillator and restoration.The controller adopts double-DSP+FPGA as the main cores.The communication of the two DSPs is accomplished by the Mc BSP in the DSP.It can extend external storage by means of its own interface external expansion to connect with FPGA,then communicaiting with data and read-write operation in the twoport RAM in FPGA.In software design part,this paper decides uses PID control algorithm and Fuzzy control algorithm as software program.It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of two algorithm,and introduce the concept of switching function.The modified Fuzzy-PID control algorithm can change control flow of traditional Fuzzy-PID controller.It uses different algorithm to insure axial-flow compressor safe operation and reduce the defective percentage according to the different deviation.At the end,the test result from testing experiment box shows that the double-DSP and FPGA anti-surge controller not only operate reliably and control precisely but also have high intelligent degree,and reached the desired performance indicators.
