As the digital economy and cultural industries flourish,more and more original content is emerging online and offline in digital form,with intellectual property developed towards networked and digitization more and more obviously.At present,registration under the authority of the management organization is the most common method to protect the original ceramic works.However,in this way,for the originator of the work,there are lots of problems such as time-consuming confirmation of the right,difficulty in exchanging the right to capital and low efficiency of protecting the right in the three links of confirming,exercising and protecting the right.The block chain technology has the characteristics of decentralization,information sharing and transparency,non-tampering,non-counterfeiting and traceability,which can improve the ceramic intellectual property protection system in terms of right confirmation,identification,query,positioning infringement,quick transaction and so on.In this paper,an intellectual property protection system of ceramic original works based on block chain technology is designed and developed to solve the existing problems of ceramic intellectual property.The perceptual hash algorithm is introduced in this study,and an improved method of eigenvalue extraction and originality testing of original ceramic design works is proposed,which not only improves the success rate of detecting infringing works,but also has a high processing speed to meet the needs of the system.In addition,in this paper,PBFT consensus mechanism is optimized to reduce the traffic in the process of block chain consensus through the credit rating of nodes,thus improving the efficiency of the system.In this system,Hyperledger Fabric is used to establish the block chain network,with Go to write smart contracts and Gin+ Fabric-SDK-Go to invoke contracts at the application layer.Vue+Element is adopted to realize the front-end display,with the separation of the front and back ends,so as to maintain good expansibility of the system.Hyperledger CA can authenticate users of federated nodes,and the interplanetary file system(IPFS)can solve the problem of rapid expansion of block chain data.In addition,the whole system uses Docker to deploy each service of the system and Docker-compose to manage the container.In this paper,the research and development of the ceramic intellectual property protection system based on block chain technology is an attempt to apply block chain technology to the protection of ceramic intellectual property,as well as a study of the application of block chain technology.Adopting the mode of “block chain + smart contracts”,the system not only ensures the security of ceramic intellectual property,but can also resist malicious infringement,which would effectively solve the problems in ceramic intellectual property protection faced by the ceramic industry.
