The current mainstream sewage monitoring system generally adopts the mode of collecting data from front-end sensors and storing and processing data in the back-end application center server.Data easily tamper within the process of data collection,transmission,and storage,which further leads to the distrust of the people in the sewage monitoring system.How to stop these copper leakages from a technical point of view and improve the credibility of pollutant discharge data is an urgent problem to be solved.Blockchain is an emerging architecture application model that combines distributed storage,encryption mechanism,consensus mechanism,and P2 P transmission,and other related technologies.It has obvious characteristics such as decentralization,transparency,and non-tampering.The emergence of blockchain technology has greatly improved the reliability of data storage and has aroused great interest among researchers.This paper proposes a pollution monitoring program with higher data reliability through the analysis and improvement of blockchain technology,combined with embedded equipment.This article first proposes an efficient delayed consensus mechanism,which greatly improves the consensus efficiency.On this basis,a pollutant discharge detection device suitable for the consensus mechanism-TPD device is designed.The device is based on the embedded device Raspberry Pi.By installing a data collector and sensor on the Raspberry Pi,it is integrated into a collection module;and this module is used as a node of the blockchain,this node is used as a monitoring node of the sewage monitoring system,and the obtained sewage data is packaged,After generating the block data,upload it to the server.Due to the non-tamperable nature of the blockchain,using it to transmit and store pollutant discharge data plays a role in preventing data from being tampered with.The sewage valve is controlled by the smart contract on the chain to realize automatic supervision.This paper conducts an efficiency comparison experiment between the proposed high-efficiency delay consensus mechanism and other classic consensus mechanisms and conducts specific experimental tests on the designed TPD device to verify the feasibility of the device.Based on this equipment,we designed a set of the sewage monitoring system.The data preprocessing module of the system collects and initially processes the data.The package module in the Raspberry Pi generates data blocks and uploads them to the chain.The server acts as a monitoring terminal for detection.Monitor the changes in sewage data,and call smart contracts based on the data.Enterprises and government monitoring centers can detect changes in pollution discharge data in real-time,and people can also observe real-time pollution discharge data on public websites.If the government or the public has any questions about the company’s pollution discharge,they can check the pollution discharge data stored on the blockchain at any time.The use of technical means has greatly improved the trustworthiness of the government.
