Liquid compound microbial fertilizer can provide essential nutrients and probiotics for the growth of crops,which is beneficial to the growth of plant roots and thus improves the yield and quality of agricultural products.It is easy to integrate the application of water,fertilizer and bacteria,and it is an inevitable choice for the green and sustainable development of agriculture.Whether the functional strain can colonize and function in soil is the key to the application effect of the liquid compound microbial fertilizer.How to develop liquid compound microbial fertilizer that the functional strain can effectively colonize the soil and promote plant growth or suppress soil-borne disease has been a difficulty in the research and development of liquid compound microbial fertilizer.In this study,a novel liquid compound microbial fertilizer and its application partner were developed by the combination of amino acids,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients,carbon sources and functional bacteria.And its growth promotion effect on cucumber was evaluated through pot experiments.The following results were obtained:The effect of amino acid,molasses and bacterial agent form on the shelf life of functional bacteria in the liquid compound microbial fertilizer was studied through single factor experiment.The optimal amount of amino acid was determined to be 20 g/L,and using bacterial powder without molasses addition can increase the shelf life of the functional bacteria in the liquid compound microbial fertilizer.The shelf life test results showed that with the increase of the storage time(the initial bacteria number was greater than 5×108 CFU·mL-1),the spore number of Bacillus sp.gradually decreased and became stable at day 65.At day 90,the spore number was more than 2×108 CFU·mL-1,which met the national standard(effective viable bacteria number is greater than 0.5 ×108 CFU·mL-1).The pot experiment showed that the biomass of cucumber could be significantly increased when the basic nutrients,such as microbial agents or amino acids,were applied alone.Compared with the control treatment,the chlorophyll content increased by 25.21%,leaf area increased by 28.98%,fresh weight of underground part increased by 61.11%,and dry weight of underground part increased by 52.63%.Moreover,functional bacteria had strong colonization ability in cucumber soil and rhizosphere soil.In the soil with the addition of functional bacteria,the proportion of bacteria and fungi changed significantly compared with that without the addition of functional bacteria.The accumulation of bacteria-dominated microorganisms and the application of fertilizer containing functional bacteria directly led to a significant increase in the number of bacillus in the soil and a significant decrease in the number of fungi.Adding carbon source as fertilizer companion,the ratio of compound microbial fertilizer into the soil,together can significantly promote root development,compared with controls its root volume increased by 76.06%,and underground part fresh weight increased by 57.29%,and underground part dry weight increased by 94.74%,and at the same time promote the function of microbial colonization,inhibit the growth of fungi,thus effectively prolong the fertilizer effect,and grows effect is significantly superior to the processing of applying partner,alone in the cucumber plant height,aboveground and underground part fresh weight and dry weight,root volume,etc is superior to the processing of applying compound microbial fertilizer.In summary,this study is based on amino acid,molasses and inorganic nutrients of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium,and is compatible with functional microorganisms.Through the shelf life test to test the activity and efficacy of functional strains,a new type of liquid composite microbial fertilizer was developed;Using compound carbon source as a fertilizer companion,a greenhouse pot experiment was conducted,using cucumber biomass and rhizosphere microorganisms as a measure of fertilizer efficiency,and comprehensively evaluating fertilizer efficacy,with a view to providing theoretical reference and technology for the further development and promotion of high-quality and efficient compound microbial fertilizers stand by.
