Research On Market Performance And Promotion Path Of Environmental Protection Industry In Liaoning Province

With the continuous improvement of the market environment for the development of the environmental protection industry,the market space for the development of the environmental protection industry has been accelerated and its strategic position has been continuously improved.The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to "expand the environmental protection industry" as an important starting point for promoting green development.In recent years,with the advancement of urbanization in Liaoning Province,environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.Facing the dual pressure of energy conservation and emission reduction and ecological restoration,the Liaoning provincial government has paid more and more attention to energy conservation and environmental protection industry,and the environmental protection industry has been vigorously developed.However,while actively developing the environmental protection industry,problems also arise.In order to fundamentally solve the problems existing in the environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province,we should deeply study the market performance level of the environmental protection industry according to the development status of the environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province,so as to formulate a practical and effective improvement path.Taking the financial data of 398 environmental protection enterprises selected by Liaoning Environmental Protection Industry Association in early 2020 as sample data,this paper studies the improvement path of market performance of environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province.Firstly,the SCP analysis paradigm is applied to systematically analyze the current overall development status of environmental protection industry and the development status of each sub industry in Liaoning Province from a meso perspective according to the order of market structure,market behavior and market performance.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the current market concentration of environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province is too low,competition is scattered,and product homogenization is serious and lacking of technological innovation.Next,this paper makes an empirical analysis on the market performance of environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province,and uses the factor analysis method to extract the key factors affecting the market performance of environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province,including resource allocation factor,scale factor and technology factor.The reason for the poor market performance of environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province lies in the low resource allocation efficiency of environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province,insufficient investment in technical factors,low efficiency of industrial internal organization and uneconomical scale.Finally,combined with the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the ways and countermeasures to improve the market performance of environmental protection industry in Liaoning Province from the perspectives of enterprises and government:Improve the efficiency of resource allocation and realize high-quality and high-efficiency development;Improve the organizational structure of environmental protection industry and realize economies of scale;Enhance technological innovation and take the development path of innovative enterprises.
