With the progress and development of society,the environmental protection industry has gradually become one of the important forces supporting economic development around the world,and many countries have regarded the environmental protection industry as an important direction of industrial structure adjustment.With the development of urbanization and industrialization in our country,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious,and the country pays more and more attention to the problem of environmental protection.During the 10th five-year Plan period,with the gradual increase of state investment in environmental protection infrastructure,the market demand of the relevant environmental protection market has been boosted,its overall scale has expanded rapidly,related industries have also been developing,and the industrial structure has been continuously adjusted.The level of related technology is also constantly improving.Corresponding service companies are springing up like bamboo shoots after a spring rain.Customer relationship is one of the more important influencing factors in the service industry.If companies want to survive in the fierce competition,they must grasp the customer relationship so as to improve the quality of the company’s profits.However,at present,the environmental protection industry does not have a comprehensive profit quality evaluation system,so it is very necessary to establish a set of profit quality evaluation system suitable for the environmental protection industry.This paper takes Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and deeply understands the general situation of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd on the basis of studying domestic and foreign literature and related theories of customer relationship and profit quality.starting with the project situation and customer satisfaction of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.,this paper describes the basic situation of the customer relationship of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.Through the analysis of the project situation and customer satisfaction of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.,it is determined that the customer relationship can drive the company’s financial indicators and affect the company’s profit quality.Through the analysis of customer relationship,the current situation of the company’s profit quality is analyzed.Secondly,combined with the specific situation of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.,the comprehensive evaluation system of profit quality of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.is constructed from four indicators:financial dimension,customer satisfaction dimension,market share dimension and company competitiveness dimension.the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight value of each index.finally,the profit quality of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.is comprehensively evaluated.And combined with the previous analysis of customer relationship to find its shortcomings,targeted improvement suggestions are put forward to promote the continuous improvement of the profit quality level of Xinjiang Zhuokai New Environmental Technology Co.,Ltd.
