At present,the mixed coke is evaluated according to the weighted average of the thermal properties of a single kind of coke,but this method is worth discussing.In order to verify whether the solution loss behavior of coke is coupled,different coke is taken as the research object.The solution loss behavior of a single kind of coke was studied by using GB/T 4000-2017 method and fixed carbon equivalent solution loss rate method of 30%and thermogravimetric analyzer,and the relationship between the structural parameters and the solution loss behavior of coke was established.The results show that the solution loss behavior of mixed coke is coupled by the mixing experiment with different coke.The results show that the difference of pore structure and coke texture leaded to the difference of solution loss behavior of coke.At 1050℃,because of the interaction of the solution loss behavior,the strength of the fixed carbon of the mixture coke decreases after equal solution loss,and the strength of the coke increases at 1300℃.The CSRFC-30 of mixed coke C1-C3 increased at 1050℃,and decreased at 1200℃.There is a coupling effect on the solution loss behavior of different coke mixtures.With the increase of temperature,the limiting link of coke solution loss change,leading to the difference of solution loss behavior,as shown by the difference of CSRFC-30.After fixed solution loss,CSRFC-30 was firstiy decreased and then increased with the increase of reaction temperature,but the variation trend of CSRFC-30 at each temperature point was different.The nanoscale pore structure affected the CO2 adsorption capacity.The microscopic pores act as material channels.There are significant differences in the structure of coke quality between different cokes,which affect the macroscopic thermal properties of coke.The microstructure of coke determines the macroscopic solution loss behavior.The solution loss behavior of mixed coke is directly related to the solution loss behavior of single coke.At the same time,the ratio of two kinds of coke also has a certain influence on the solution loss behavior of coke mixture.The effect of reaction temperature on the solution loss behavior of mixed coke is complex,which is worthy of further study.The study on the mixture of two kinds of coke can provide some basis for the follow-up study on the mixture of many kinds of coke.Figure 32;Table 22;Reference 65...
