| As a large industrial country,China has a huge industrial production scale and is increasing year by year.Secondary aluminum dross is a common waste in the production and processing of aluminum.The annual emissions are about 35 million tons.At present,the main treatment method is still storage or landfill.This causes secondary aluminum dross to pollute the surrounding environment and endanger ecological health.To solve this problem.This article takes secondary aluminum dross as the research object and explores the technological methods of resource utilization.The main components of secondary aluminum dross include: aluminum oxide,aluminum nitride,metal aluminum,silicon oxide,etc.Although the composition of secondary aluminum dross is complex,it has high recycling value.According to its main components,the wet method is selected to recover the secondary aluminum dross.It mainly includes the following four parts:Using XRF,XRD,and standard sieve analysis methods,the basic physical characteristics of secondary aluminum dross content,phase composition and particle size distribution are studied.Two experimental schemes of acid leaching method and alkaline leaching method are designed.By comparing the reaction conditions and leaching rate indicators,the acid leaching method is determined as the final process plan.The single variable control method was used to design the experimental plan to explore the leaching performance of the secondary aluminum dross and sulfuric acid reaction.Make the leaching rate of secondary aluminum dross reach the highest.The experiment analyzed the relationship between water washing and impurity removal,gray-water mass ratio,gray-acid mass ratio,reaction time,reaction temperature,particle size and leaching rate.Determine the best reaction conditions for the leaching experiment.In order to improve the purity of the product.Determine the process method of using potassium ferrocyanide to remove iron ions from aluminum sulfate solution.Determine the relationship between the amount of ammonium bicarbonate used to adjust the pH and the effect of iron ion removal.Determine the optimal process conditions for the preparation of high-purity aluminum hydroxide products.Determine the effect of the reaction time and the amount of ammonium bicarbonate on the yield of aluminum hydroxide.Analyze the composition of the waste liquid to ensure that the waste liquid has no impact on the environment.In order to rationally use the tertiary aluminum dross,realize the recycling of aluminum dross resources and the zero discharge of the process.Systematic analysis of technical indicators such as the chemical composition,phase composition and particle size distribution of the tertiary aluminum dross.The feasibility of being used as an admixture in cement-based materials is preliminarily determined.The tertiary aluminum dross is used to replace part of the cement for cement paste and cement mortar,and the working performance,mechanical properties,and microscopic properties are tested and studied.All indicators meet the requirements of relevant regulations.The application of tertiary aluminum dross to cement-based materials is feasible. |
