Research On The Production Plan Of CNC Machine Based On The Standard Working Hours

Currently, with the constant expansion of globalized economic development scale, the demand of CNC machines are increasing more and more, which results in the intensifying of competition in this industry. Therefore, it is crucial to make standard working hours when producing CNC machines and to establish the production planning research model based on the standard working hours and combining with the corresponding production plan. Thereby, it can ensure the production plan is more reasonable in application, and the phenomenon of downtime and materials accumulation may not appear in on-site workshop, and then to realize the low cost of enterprise operation, and to achieve the company’s increasing development and growth in market competition.This thesis aims at the research of production planning in CNC machines based on standard working hours. Firstly, I measured the working hours of every workstation with stopwatch, combined with the computing method and improvement way of analysis, and then confirmed the standard working hours for the whole assembly line of CNC machine production. Secondly, I built the management and operation model of standard working hours, combining with enterprise’s ERP management system of business process, ALC control system of assembly line, and the system model in implement and control of production plan. Finally, established the production and planning model in CNC machines based on standard working hours.In the process of application research, I put the production and planning model in CNC machines into use trough comparing with the existing model. The established model was tested and verified from three aspects:feeding materials and sending materials; the production planning guiding model based on standard working hours; and materials sending model. The result proved that the new model can improve the efficiency of company’s production, shorten the delivery date, and lessen the inventory and production space. It saves a lot for the company in production cost, and enables the company to be prosperous gradually in the future development.Finally, it is the summary of this issue and the prospect forecast of combining standard working hours with production plan.
