| Water envirement pollution is a main restraint on economic and socila development in our country.Wastewater treatment plant is an importment urban infrastructure,and a key in urban water pollut ion prevention and treatment system.Wastewater treatment plant occupies an important position at the strategy of pollut ion emission reduction of our country,and its steady opetation and standardized discharge will be great significance in distric wastewater treatment effictive ly and reduction of pollution emission load to rivers and lakes.The government of Shuan Ya Shan attaches great importance to urban drainage and sewage treatment,and this go vernment determined to construct urban drainage system and treat urban sewage to completely change urban drainage status and create a good investment environment for the city.Shuangyashan Sewage Treatment Plant(Phase Ⅰ)completed construction in 2012,it is the key emission reduction construction projects of Shuangyashan"Twelve-Five"period,it’s design scale is 50,000 m3/d,and it uses A~2/O treatment process,mainly to deal with Shuangyashan Jianshan District’s,Shuang Fu New district’s,welfare area’s and Lindong District’s produced domestic sewage.In this paper,the effluent quality of Shuangyashan wastewater Treatment Plant(Phase Ⅰ)project is mainly studied,it is found that the effluent quality of Shuangyashan wastewater Treatment Plant(Phase Ⅰ)is poor,the operation effect is poor,and the chemical oxygen demand and ammonia nitrogen can not meet the pollution emission standards of the national sewage treatment plant.After the investigation and analysis of the Shuangyashan sewage treatment plant’s(Phase Ⅰ)actual project and it’s operation conditions,this paper puts forward the practical debugging and operation scheme of the plant,through the optimization of technological parameters such as improving dissolved oxygen content,removing harmful microorganism and foam,raising sludge concentration and optimizing the reflux ratio of nitr ification liquid,the effluent effect of the wastewater treatment plant is greatly improved before commissioning,and the effluent water quality can meet the standa rd A of in the Pollutant discharge standard(gb18918-2002)of the town sewage disposal plant.At the same time after the commissioning of this project,we carried out a three-month tracking test,the results showed that effluent’s BOD5 between 6.0mg/L~10.8mg/L,COD in22mg/L~38mg/L,total nitrogen between 3.2mg/L~11.0mg/L,ammonia nitrogen between in 0.49mg/L~8.41mg/L,the removal efficiency of CO D was increased to70%~93%,the total nitrogen removal efficiency was increased to the 56%~73%,ammonia nitrogen removal efficiency was increased to 67%~98%,and the effluent water quality is in the level A standard below,It shows that the debugging of this subject has achieved good results.The steady opetation and standardized discharge of wastewater treatment plant can treat wastewaer pollut ion effictively.After the test of this project,the ammonia-nitrogen emission reduction reaches 412 tons/year,the C hemical Oxygen Demand reduction reaches 2872 tons/year,which shows that the research of this project has played a significant environmental,social and economic benefits.Besides,we put forward some suggestion to the operation of wastewater treatment plant based on the facts.After the commissioning,wastewater treatment plant operated well,and showed a good quality of treated wastewater diacharge.The results of this dissertation can provide technical reference to the practices on A~2/O process. |
