With the development of the society, environmental protection requirements are constantly improving. The emission of pollutants from coal-fired power stations has increasingly attracted people’s attention. In addition to conventional pollutants such as nitrogen oxides(NOx),sulfur dioxide(SO2)and dust, there are also unconventional pollutants such as volatile organic compounds. The organic pollutants produced in the process of coal burning are mainly semi-volatile and volatile organic compounds, with low emission concentration, complex components, large total amount and high toxicity, which pose a major threat to the ecological environment. At present,China requires to promote the collaborative emission reduction of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and NOx and other pollutants, which makes the collaborative purification technology of a variety of pollutants become the forefront of research in the field of environmental catalysis. In this paper, the SCR flue gas denitrification system of a 300MW boiler was numerically simulated by the numerical software Fluent according to the related theories of heat and mass transfer.Firstly, the three-dimensional solid model of the system was established by using ICEM software, and then the flue gas flow of the SCR system was calculated by using Fluent software with or without the diversion device. The calculation results show that the installation of appropriate structure and number of guide plates can improve the uniformity of flue gas flow, reduce the occurrence of flue gas backflow, and increase the rate of catalytic reduction reaction. Then kinetic experiments were carried out to investigate the reactants, and the reaction orders of NH3,O2 and NO in SCR denitration reaction on V2O5-WO3/Ti O2 catalyst were 0,0.21 and0.944,respectively,and the activation energy of denitration reaction was 52.7 k J/mol,and the pre-exponential factor A was 268000.Finally,the effects of different oxygen concentration, reaction temperature and ammonia nitrogen ratio on SCR system denitrification and VOCs removal were investigated by combining with the porous medium model in FLUENT.Through the simulation results, the optimal conditions of the synergistic reaction were obtained. It plays a fundamental role in guiding SCR structure design and actual operation.
