Study On Evaluation Of Agricultural Ecological Environment Protection In Guiyang City

In 2015,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee first wrote the construction of ecological civilization into the national five-year plan and the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC.It also pointed out that building a beautiful China and accelerating the reform of ecological civilization system are important prerequisites.As the support of economic development,environmental protection is particularly important in the process of social and economic development.In 2020,Guiyang city’s 14 five-year plan for national economic and social development and the proposal for the long-term goal of 2035 point out that priority should be given to the development of green agriculture to promote the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.As an important carrier of green agriculture development,agricultural ecological environment protection in Guiyang city can effectively protect agricultural ecology,provide powerful power for agricultural economic development,and finally bring good social benefits to Guiyang city.In this paper,through the study and research of agricultural ecological environment theory,referring to the domestic comprehensive evaluation research,combined with the development status of agricultural ecological environment protection in Guiyang,the index system is mainly selected and constructed from three aspects of ecological,economic and social benefits.Finally,a total of 15 indicators are selected,and each criterion layer covers five threelevel indicators to build the benefit evaluation system of agricultural eco-environmental protection in Guiyang city.The original index is normalized to get the standard index data,the entropy method is used to determine the weight of the standardized index data,and then the multiobjective comprehensive index scoring method is used to evaluate the agricultural ecoenvironmental protection benefits of Guiyang city from 2015 to 2019.The results show that the comprehensive benefits of agricultural eco-environmental protection in Guiyang city continue to rise in the past five years,but there is still room for improvement.In the evaluation results,the increase of social and economic benefits is lower than that of ecological benefits,which indicates that Guiyang’s agricultural environment protection has achieved better ecological benefits,but there are also some problems,and the economic and social benefits are low,so some measures are needed to strengthen the protection of agricultural ecological environment.According to the evaluation results of the comprehensive benefits of agricultural ecological environment protection in Guiyang City,this paper finds out the restricting factors for the improvement of the comprehensive benefits evaluation of agricultural ecological environment in Guiyang City,and puts forward suggestions for improving the comprehensive benefits of agricultural ecological environment protection in combination with the actual situation and future development requirements of Guiyang City,so as to provide reference for improving the agricultural ecological environment protection in Guiyang city.
