| As the basis of human survival and development, the protection of obnoxious natural resources and ecological environment has been a key issue of concern in China. Therefore, about 11800 natural reserves have been built in China, and a number of conservation measures have been implemented, such as returning farmland to forest, fishing and humidity, natural forest protection,Sanbei protective forest and Taihang Mountain greening project, and the protection has also achieved initial results. But at the same time, the phenomenon of high overlap between natural protection and poor counties is still in existence.Affected by natural protection, the community resources utilization and land development are restricted to some extent. The original production and life style is affected, which makes the individual economy shrink and the contradiction between protection and development increases sharply. Therefore, many scholars have studied the relationship between natural protection and economy, and the research focuses on the effect of natural protection, natural protection management, natural protection and farmers’ income, and coordination between natural protection and community.Although the research angle and content are very diverse, the research on how natural protection affects the economic growth of community is still unclear.Under this background,it is of great practical significance to study the influence of natural protection and community economic growth on improving the system of natural reserve, alleviating the contradiction between natural protection and economic development, and promoting the economic development of natural reserve areas. This study first summarizes and comments on the domestic and foreign articles on natural protection, community economic growth, natural protection and farmers’ livelihood capital, natural protection and community coordination, and finds that although scholars have done more adequate research on protection and economic development, the research is mostly theoretical and empirical research is less;Secondly, the development and research of economic growth theory are summarized.Based on the economic growth theory, the paper analyzes the influence path between natural protection and community economic growth, that is,which factors will affect the economic growth of the community involved in natural protection through which factors will be affected by natural protection, which factors mainly involve the land, labor and labor of residents Capital and technological progress;Secondly, the research uses the one-to-one field survey data obtained by going to Sihong Hongze Lake National Wetland Natural Reserve(hereinafter referred to as "Hongze Lake Reserve")in december2020,and analyzes the influence degree of natural protection on these factors by using the structural equation model; Finally, according to the empirical results, the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to alleviate the natural protection and community economic growth.According to the empirical results, the natural protection of Hongze Lake Reserve has a significant negative impact on the land use, labor investment, capital investment and technological progress of the natural protection community, among which the most influential is the capital investment of the community, followed by land use, technology progress and labor investment.Although there is a certain gap between the results and the assumptions, the main reason is that the implementation of some protection measures of Hongze Lake natural protection is not too long,so the stimulation effect on some elements has not yet been shown. In addition, the local emerging industries and green industries are still in the primary stage of development, and their attraction to communities and enterprises is weak.Based on the qualitative and quantitative research in the previous article, this study puts forward suggestions on improving ecological compensation mechanism, transforming productivity, developing new industries and improving community co management mechanism from three aspects:community residents themselves, industrial development and national policies. |
