| Since the new century,the construction of ecological civilization has become the focus of national and local attention.Cities are an important part of the realization of ecological civilization,and the achievements of their ecological civilization construction are related to the realization of my country’s ecological civilization goals.In the new era,the construction of ecologically civilized cities in various places in the new era practiced Marxist ecological concept,while also continuously enriching and developing Marxist ecological thought.Therefore,taking the Marxist ecological concept as a guide and summarizing the local ecological civilization city construction experience is not only conducive to the further improvement of my country’s ecological civilization city construction,but also has important significance for the development of Marxist ecological thought.This article takes the construction of an ecologically civilized city in Liaocheng as an example,summarizes its useful practices and experiences by summarizing its specific practices in the construction of an ecologically civilized city.Aiming at the general problem of lack of individualization in the process of building an ecologically civilized city in my country,finally pointed out the important enlightenment of Liaocheng experience to the construction of ecologically civilized city in my country and even Marxist ecological thought: the construction of an ecologically civilized city needs to integrate urban history and urban culture to form a unique Ecological and civilized city with local characteristics.The first chapter summarizes the Marxist ecological view and its Sinicization theoretical results,including the ecological thoughts of Marx and Engels,inheritance and development of ecological civilization construction thought before the 18 th CPC National Congress,and Xi Jinping’s ecological civilization thoughts.This is the theoretical basis and guiding ideology for the construction and practice of ecologically civilized cities in our country.The second chapter summarizes the background,principles and content of my country’s ecological civilization city construction.First,it analyzes the internal relationship between ecological civilization and city construction,and outlines the specific background of my country’s ecological civilization city construction;second,from the ecological civilization city as Starting from the core definition of the natural-economy-society complex ecosystem,it summarizes the basic content of the construction of an ecologically civilized city;finally,under the guidance of Marxist ecological thinking,it puts forward the basic principles that should be followed in the construction of ecological civilization city.The third chapter takes Liaocheng as a case and discusses the construction of an ecologically civilized city in our country.Firstly,it introduces the background of Liaocheng’s ecologically civilized city construction from two aspects: the advantages and constraints of Liaocheng’s ecologically civilized city construction;secondly,it analyzes the economic,social and environmental aspects of Liaocheng’s ecologically civilized city construction according to the content of ecologically civilized city construction.In the end,it analyzes the problems and shortcomings of Liaocheng’s ecological civilization city construction,and proposes specific improvement measures.The fourth chapter introduces the experience and inspiration of Liaocheng ecological civilization city construction.Firstly,it analyzes the appearance and reason of the sameness of ecological civilization city construction in China.Secondly,it summarizes the experience and enlightenment of Liaocheng’s ecological civilization city construction from three aspects: the combination of ecological civilization city and geographical and human environment,the combination of ecological civilization city and history and culture,and the ecological civilization city and individuation.Finally,it analyzes the enrichment and development of the ecological thought of Marxism by the construction of Liaocheng ecological civilization city. |
