| In order to reduce the cost of eugenol as raw material,the relatively cheap guaiacol and allyl chloride were used as raw materials to synthesize eugenol products under certain conditions.The reaction mechanism of the synthesis route was explored.Under the reaction conditions of catalyst,ammonia,NaOH and NaCl,the corresponding eugenol products were obtained through the process of Claisen rearrangement.The reaction mechanism of the synthesis route and the influence of the materials involved in the reaction on the reaction were explored.The effects of different reaction conditions on the reaction results were investigated,and the optimum reaction conditions such as reaction temperature,reaction time,material ratio and catalyst dosage were determined.Under the conditions of guaiacol,allyl chloride,CuCl,NaOH molar ratio of 1:1.1:0.04:1.01,reaction temperature:25℃,reaction time:1 h,N2,the conversion of guaiacol can reach 90%,the yield of eugenol can reach 45%,and the results of repeated experiments are good.After the separation and purification of the mixture,through the steps of alkali washing,acidification,vacuum distillation,the product with purity of 97%was finally obtained,and the yield reached 53%,which met the requirements.The experimental results show that under this condition,the cost of eugenol as raw material can be reduced obviously,which is of great significance.Optimize the synthesis process.It was found that the reaction result was not improved obviously by adding phase transfer catalyst benzyl triethyl ammonium chloride into the reaction system.Repeated experiments were carried out on the mother liquor after the reaction.The results showed that the function of catalyst was not weakened basically,the mother liquor could be reused,which could reduce the discharge of waste liquor and material cost.The synthesis of guaiacol and methyl allyl chloride was carried out.Under certain reaction conditions,the conversion rate of guaiacol reached 84.1%,and the corresponding substitution products were generated.It was proved that the reaction route had universal applicability for aryl allylation.The experimental results show that under this condition,the cost of eugenol as raw material can be reduced obviously,which is of great significance.A complete chemical synthesis process of eugenol has been developed,which provides a feasible scheme for the industrial production of eugenol and promotes the research and application of eugenol in various fields. |
