In this thesis, it was studied that application of palladium complexes of ferrocenylimines as highly efficient catalyst for Heck reaction and Aza-Claisen rearrangement reaction.1. Ferrocenylimine (+)-(R)-1 wa prepared by the condensation of 1,1'-bisacetylferrocene with R-(+)-α-phenyl-ethylamine in the presence of freshly activated Al2O3. The product (+)-(R)-1 was characterized by elemental analyses, IR, 1H NMR spectra and x-ray single crystal structure analysis.(+)-α-methylbenzylamineTolueneScheme 12. (+)-(R)-1 was treated with Li2PdCl4 in the presence of sodium acetate in dry methanol to give compound 2 (Scheme 2). The complex 2 was studied as catalyst for the Heck reaction of iodobenzene and bromobenzene with olefins. The yield can be reached over 80% in case of bromobenzene with the ethyl acrylate (Scheme3)...
