Traditional sewage treatment plants,residential buildings,commercial areas and other sewage treatment equipment have high management costs,large manpower maintenance investment,and low efficiency.Based on this background,the paper uses the "Internet +" thinking to design and implement remote management of inter-regional wastewater treatment equipment based on the Internet of Things and remote information management technology.The regional devices are uploaded to the platform through network intensification.Monitor all devices’ information,reduce system re-deployment investment,significantly reduce multi-regional and multi-device management costs,and improve management efficiency.It will elaborate on the application of data collection,transmission,storage and data analysis,mainly as follows.1.Complete the overall analysis design of the system.Complete the demand analysis according to the business scenario,combine the Internet of Things technology,and use the layered idea to complete the technical design of the sewage treatment equipment management platform.2.In-depth study of key technologies.Design intelligent detection and control terminals.Communicate with PLC,various water quality sensors,monitor the running status of each motor,etc.,realize data acquisition and transmission.Monitor the compliance of each process of water treatment with the collection of information,whether the motor is blocked or not.Remote monitoring of equipment and multi-channel alarm mechanism triggered by remote data interaction with PLC.By comparativing analysis of wireless network communication technology and communication protocol,choose 4G GPRS module,TCP-based MQTT Internet of Things communication protocol.3.Optimize data storage.From the log analysis,database index,and shunt technology to optimize in many aspects,through experimental testing,the results verify that the system performance requirements are met.Based on this,in-depth analysis of the collected data,mine the value,and use the Echarts to visualize the analysis results to provide a basis for analysis and decision-making.4.Complete the system database and the design of each function sub-module.The platform was built and the water treatment equipment was connected to the home.The remote monitoring and statistical analysis of the sewage treatment equipment deployed by the manufacturers in various regions of the country were carried out.Provide application cases for promoting centralized,informational and visualized wastewater treatment equipment management.
