Human resources are an important strategic resource of an enterprise.The development of human resource incentives can effectively enhance the enthusiasm and creativity of employees,give full play to people’s subjective initiative,ensure the realization of corporate strategic goals,and establish a scientific and effective incentive system for the sustainable development of the company Vital.Enterprise S is a local state-owned enterprise in City A of Zhejiang Province,which is mainly responsible for the management of urban rainwater,sewage pipe network,pumping station management,and urban sewage collection and treatment.In recent years,the turnover rate of S enterprises has been at a relatively high level,and about 17% of employees are lost every year,which has a greater impact on the stability of the enterprise’s talent team.On the other hand,employees are procrastinated in work,are not motivated,cannot effectively decompose and implement organizational goals,and work efficiency needs to be improved,and other issues that need to be resolved urgently.How to carry out effective management of personnel makes the management more and more troubled.This article elaborates on general theories such as the Snell model and the two-factor incentive theory,and summarizes the methods and methods of corporate incentives.By using the Snell model,according to the two dimensions of value and uniqueness,the human capital of S enterprise is divided into four types: core talents,unique talents,general talents and auxiliary talents.Using questionnaire surveys,personnel interviews and data analysis and other corporate research forms,combined with the two-factor theory,the two-factor theory related to the motivation factors of the work itself(achievement,responsibility,growth,etc.),and environmental health factors(colleague relations,work Conditions,etc.)integration issues,analysis of the factors affecting the incentives of different talents in the enterprise.According to the needs of various types of talents,we will discuss targeted talent incentive measures in terms of incentive factors and health care factors.Through the above research,in order to maximize the enthusiasm of all kinds of talents in enterprises,improve the overall operating efficiency of the enterprise,and hope to promote the talent incentive work of S enterprises and other state-owned enterprises.
