| The acceleration of urbanization has prompted large-scale demolition of urban buildings, which will increase the demand for waste management of construction demolition in the future.Reverse logistics is generally considered by the construction industry as a measure to effectively manage construction waste, but there are still some obstacles to its implementation in the construction industry. In order to promote the effective management of construction demolition waste, the use of information technology to optimize the reverse logistics of construction demolition has become a new research direction and topic. This paper focuses on the following researches on the application of BIM and WMS technology to the reverse logistics of construction demolition waste: First, the construction demolition waste reverse logistics operation model is constructed with the help of the process topology method, that is,from the construction waste generated from the demolition of the building to the related The process of disposal by the party.Using expert interviews and on-site investigations to analyze that high transportation costs and information obstruction are the core of the current defects in reverse logistics operations.Second,a questionnaire was used to collect data on the waste supply mass production rate required by resource recycling and utilization parties, and a waste supply calculation formula was proposed. And using Dynamo visual programming technology and Revit API to develop a Ribbon command button with the function of calculating the supply of demolition waste, which provides a smart solution of BIM technology for extracting the supply information required by the resource recycling party of the demolition building. Then, through Baidu Map Java Script API,Excel read-write third-party library,Java Script and C# information interaction and screening algorithm, developed a form application that can formulate the shortest transportation plan of construction demolition waste, which is integrated in the Revit software environment China Organic has integrated BIM and WMS technologies to form a BIM-WMS-based waste recycling and utilization party selection system. Finally, two demolition buildings with different structures are used as engineering examples to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the BIM-WMSbased waste recycling and user selection system. The research shows that the established BIM and WMS-based waste recycling and utilization party selection system can match the demand side with the shortest transportation path while satisfying the supply, and realize the formulation of the shortest transportation plan for construction demolition waste, which is solved to a certain extent. To solve the problems of blocked supply and demand information and high transportation costs, the reverse logistics of construction and demolition waste is optimized. |
