Environmental Impact Assessment Of Project Of 300t/a Of Glycoluril And Series Product

With the development of China’s social economy,the material level of daily life increased rapidly,at the same time,people’s requirements for living environment are also rising.The environmental impact assessment of chemical construction project is an important means to ensure the safety of the project during the construction and operation period,and to reduce the negative impact on the surrounding environment and residents’ life.In this study,the project of 300 t/a of glycoluril and series product is chosen as the research object,and the environmental impact and pollution risk of the project are analyzed and evaluatedaccording to the work procedures of environmental impact assessment.The conclusions are as follows.1.The production process of glycoluril and series producthas independent intellectual property rights.The project conforms to the national industrial policy because of advanced technology,and production with high added value and broad market prospect2.The process equipment of the project meets the basic principles of clean production,and the discharged pollutants meet the requirements of discharge standards and total amount control.The project will not bring obvious harm to the local atmosphere,surface water,acoustic environment and ecological environment.3.There are risks of leakage,fire and explosion during the operation of the project.The environmental accident risks can be controlled when the safety measures,risk prevention measures and risk emergency plan are strictly implemented.The evaluation results of this paper show that the project of 300 t/a of glycoluril and series productconforms to the national industrial policy and belongs to the construction project permitted by the state.The discharge of pollutants can meet the requirements of standard discharge under the condition of conscientiously implementing the national environmental protection laws and regulations,strictly implementing the environmental protection measures,and strengthening the environmental management.The site selection meets the requirements of environmental feasibility.The construction of the project is feasible from the perspective of environmental protection.
