A Study On The Correlation Between Water Environment And Socio-economy In The Yellow River Basin Based On Grey Modeling

This paper analyzes the correlation between water environment and socio-economics in the Yellow River basin from multiple logical and spatial dimensions.Based on the analysis of the interaction between the water environment and socio-economy in the basin,a water environment index system is constructed from three logical dimensions: water resources,water pollution and water management.The spatial dimensions of the upper,middle and lower reaches of the Yellow River basin,the seven major cities along the Yellow River and 61 cities,and the three logical dimensions of water resources,water pollution and water management are used to measure the level of water environment and socio-economics and explore their causes.The results show that from 2009 to 2018,the correlation between water environment and socio-economy fluctuated between 0.7 and 0.8 in all three logical dimensions,and the spatial heterogeneity was not obvious;from 2009 to 2018,the correlation between water environment and socio-economy in the middle reaches of the Yellow River basin increased,the correlation between water environment and socio-economy in the upper and lower reaches of the basin decreased,the Taiyuan urban agglomeration showed an increasing trend,and the Ningxia Among 61 cities,we need to focus on cities with high correlation between water resources and socio-economy such as Longnan,Linfen and Baoji,cities with high correlation between water pollution and socio-economy such as Guyuan,Longnan and Jincheng,and cities with low correlation between water management and socio-economy such as Linfen,Qingyang and Bayanzhuoer;From the forecast results,it is necessary to focus on the trend of coordinated development between upstream and downstream water environment and socio-economy.Among the typical urban agglomerations,the dependence of Taiyuan urban agglomeration on water resources for socio-economic development will increase;the socio-economic subjects of Taiyuan urban agglomeration,Hubao-Egyu urban agglomeration and Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration will show an increasing trend for water environment management.
