| Tourism has become an internationally recognized green industry. As the international community attaches more and more importance to the ecological environment, the degree of civilization in tourism development has gradually increased, and the relationship between the balanced development and protection of ecotourism destinations has received more and more attention. At present, many scholars in academia have conducted in-depth and mature research on tourism and environmental protection. Most of the related research has started from the perspectives of tourists, tourism enterprises, and tourism management departments, and there have been fewer studies focusing on local residents. But ecotourism destinations are not only tourist destinations, but also the living homes of local community residents. The social role and environmental responsibility of residents also need to be taken seriously.Only in this way can we coordinate with stakeholders in ecotourism destinations and help the ecosystem sustainable development of tourist destinations.Based on this, this paper constructs an impact model of residents’ perception of fairness, community trust and environmental responsibility behavior in ecotourism destinations.Through questionnaire survey and empirical analysis, the following research conclusions are obtained:(1)The development of eco-tourism destinations is limited by two major factors: First, the development of modern industries is insufficient, the ecological environment is dependent on the strong ecological environment investment is large;Eco-tourism ecological environment is its important tourism resources,eco-tourism resources are affected by human activities, the environment is fragile and difficult to protect, local residents of environmental responsibility behavior can promote the sustainable development of eco-tourism,and domestic eco-tourism sites are numerous, the study is difficult,so this study try to select a typical case to study,Huangpi Mulan cultural eco-tourism area is a 5A-class scenic area,is a famous ecological cultural tourism area in Wuhan City, the local resident community residents have a certain representative,This study selected the scenic spot as a research case, through questionnaire survey, the use of structural equation model for empirical research,so as to draw the research conclusions applicable to eco-tourism destinations.According to the results of exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis, perceived fairness is composed of three dimensions, perceived process fairness, perceived distribution fairness, and perceived interaction fairness. These three dimensions can explain the variable of perceived fairness. It also shows that procedural fairness, distributional fairness and interactive fairness are the main sources of perceived fairness for residents of ecotourism destinations, further verifying the scientificity and rationality of the three dimensions of perceived fairness.(2)According to the analysis of structural equation model results, perceived process fairness, perceived distribution fairness, and perceived interaction fairness significantly positively affect community trust;perceived procedure fairness, perceived distribution fairness, and perceived interaction fairness significantly positively affect residents’ environmental responsibility behavior;community trust has environmental responsibility behaviors. The impact of behavior is not significant, and the impact of residents’ perception of fairness on eco-responsibility behaviors in ecotourism destination communities need not be generated through the intermediary role of community trust.Based on comprehensive analysis of the empirical results and actual conditions, this article puts forward specific management suggestions from three aspects: improving the perception fairness, education level and environmental responsibility behavior of residents in ecotourism destinations: first, improving the fairness mechanism of ecotourism destinations and enhancing residents’ perception of fairness; The second is to improve the education level of residents in tourist destinations and cultivate innovative talents;the third is to strengthen the relationship between government, enterprise and people in tourism development and promote environmentally responsible behavior. It is hoped that with the management recommendations of this study, the social attention to the role of residents in ecotourism destinations can be increased, the enthusiasm of residents to participate in the construction of ecotourism can be motivated, and the green mountains and green waters and the golden mountains and silver mountains can be sustainable. |
