| Objective:Along with the rapid development of communication technology,the group of young people and to work into the "head",with the eye excessive,dry eyes,dry eyes,fatigue has become the primary threat to eye disease,and although treatment is rich,but bring the discomfort of easy to produce the opposite effect,therefore,an urgent need to develop a can meet the public taste,and can rise to alleviate the effect of product.In this paper,a kind of health food for relieving visual fatigue was developed with indigo fruit and lutein as the main raw materials,and the processing of raw materials,preparation technology,quality evaluation and influencing factors were explored,so as to provide experimental data and theoretical support for expanding production.Methods and Results:(1)Raw material pretreatment process:based on the research of lutein pretreatment process,get the best process for:lutein powder mixed with 2%sodium alginate solution,after completely dissolved dispersion under the action of magnetic stirrer,using microcapsules extrusion granulation instrument,drip into the 1.5%calcium chloride solution,crosslinking 2h,based on 1000 microns particle preparation;Through the research on the pre-treatment technology of indigo fruit,the best technology is as follows:indigo fruit homogenate,drying in oven at 40℃,crushing,through a 120-mesh sieve,low temperature sealed storage reserve.(2)Study on preparation technology:wet granulation and sensory evaluation were adopted to obtain:the preparation process of sugar-containing lutein microcapsule was:The indigo fruit powder,lutein microcapsule powder,sugar powder and citric acid were mixed for 30min,then the soft material was prepared with 95%ethanol solution,granulated by 20-mesh sieve,dried at 40℃ for 20min,and the whole grain was prepared by adding magnesium stearate,mixing well,and then pressed into tablets.The preparation process of sugar-free lutein microcapsule is as follows:The indigo fruit powder,lutein microcapsule powder,xylitol,iso-maltoketol,skimmed milk powder,mannitol,stevia glycoside and citric acid were mixed for 30min.Then the soft material was prepared with 95%ethanol solution,granulated by 20-mesh sieve,dried at 40℃ for 20min.The whole grain was added with magnesium stearate,mixed,and then pressed into tablets.(3)Quality evaluation research:indigo fruit sugar type lutein microcapsules for lavender dry special-shaped tablets,sugar-free type indigo is a deep purple dry fruit lutein microcapsules tablets tablets,size is consistent,complete,perfect Angle,crack,surface smooth,no visible to foreign material,micro gas,sweet and sour and refreshing,related indexes meet the national pharmacopoeia requirements.(4)Stability study:Reference guidelines,on two indigo fruit lutein microcapsules for strengthening experiment,six months of accelerated stability test,the long-term stability of the retention samples at room temperature for 12 months experiment,the results showed that the preparation under the condition of high temperature,high humidity and strong light easy to change color and composition,must avoid light seal at low temperature preservation,temporary shelf life is 1 year.Conclusion:This topic to establish a kind of low energy consumption,good effect,and the nature of the new dosage form of stable and easy to carry,optimizing the preparation methods of lutein,indigo fruit,and perfect the molding process,the tablets obtained good appearance,stability,drug content in accordance with Chinese pharmacopoeia standards,effectively established the indigo fruit lutein microcapsules slice method for quality control. |
