Research On Gene Sequencing Enterprise Modularity

The theory and practice of modularization have been widely used in many manufacturing industries,such as computer industry,automobile industry,mobile communication industry,and have improved the efficiency,innovation ability and profitability of the enterprises.Of course,the gene sequencing industry belongs to the manufacturing industry,in which most of the gene sequencing enterprises adopt the “U-type” functional organizational structure and implement the management model of the manufacturing industry.Therefore,this paper holds that the modularization theory and practice are suitable for the gene sequencing industry.At present,gene sequencing enterprises have standardization ideas and practices,and there is a “passively” modularization decomposition and integration evolution process in the establishing standardization system process.However,because gene sequencing enterprises are involved in emerging technologies,the academic research on the service types of this kind of enterprises is still in its infancy,and there is a lack of modular construction methods for gene sequencing enterprises.In practice,there are some problems caused by the lack of modularization application of R & D,production,sales and service in gene sequencing enterprises: incomplete and unbalanced division of labor,lack of standardized system,imperfect system,insufficient mechanism of internal competition,lack of innovation efficiency,weak brand premium ability and high cost.This paper conducts the research on gene sequencing enterprise modularity using the modular theory,attempts to change the “passive” modularization evolution into the “active” modularization application in gene sequencing enterprise,so as to improve the application modularization degree of production,sales and service,so as to perfect the division of labor,establish standardization system,improve innovation efficiency and increase cost advantages.First,on the basis of combing the relevant theoretical knowledge,this paper defines the connotation of “module” and “modularization” in gene sequencing enterprises,analyzes the system structure of gene sequencing enterprise,puts forward the construction idea of modularization of gene sequencing enterprise,applies the modularization theory to HD gene sequencing enterprise,designs the construction method of modularization of HD gene sequencing enterprise,decomposes and integrates the modules of HD gene sequencing enterprises are by certain interface rules,provides theoretical guidance for the modularization of HD gene sequencing enterprises,and promotes the modularization process of HD gene sequencing enterprises.Next,on the basis of collecting the financial report analysis data of listed companies,this paper designs the research theoretical model and method of the influence of modularization degree of HD gene sequencing enterprises on technological innovation,takes the technological innovation level measurement index as dependent variable,takes the enterprise modularization measurement index as independent variable,takes the modularization measure index of R & D,sales and service end as control variable,studies the correlation coefficient matrix between variables,carries out the regression analysis between variables,discusses the results of hypothesis test,proves that enterprise modularization can speed up the process of technological innovation.Finally,this paper puts forward research and development end modularization countermeasures,production end modularization countermeasures,sales end modularization countermeasures,server end modularization countermeasures and Enterprise modularization integration countermeasures to strengthen the modularization of HD gene sequencing enterprises,enhances the competitiveness of core innovation technology,improves the ability of brand premium,and consolidates the strength of standardized service system.
