Since the 21 st century,vehicle has gradually become an indispensable means of transportation in people’s daily life.With the rapid development of Internet industry,e-commerce has gradually become a new economic growth mode in China,and the number of civil vehicles in China has increased year by year.The rapid growth of the number of vehicles leads to a series of problems such as road traffic congestion and frequent traffic accidents.Commercial vehicles may have more serious traffic accidents.In September,2018,the Ministry of transportation issued the notice of General Office of the Ministry of transport on promoting and applying intelligent video monitoring and alarm technology.Local governments also issued notices in succession,requiring vehicles to be equipped with intelligent video monitoring and alarm equipment.Under the above background,this paper proposes a safety driving performance evaluation method and designs a set of commercial vehicle’s driving safety cloud supervision platform by collecting and analyzing the demands of commercial vehicle enterprises and their drivers.For commercial vehicle enterprise personnel management,China’s road safety management is of great significance.The main work of this paper is as follows.This paper analyzes the influencing factors of driving safety performance,selects three first-class indicators and 15 second-class indicators,establishes driving safety performance scoring criteria through expert meetings,driver interviews and some other methods,empowers the influencing factors of driving safety performance through ANP analysis,and constructs a driving safety performance scoring model.Paper carries out two driving simulation experiments and completes the collection and analysis of the data of the two experiments,then the validity of the model is verifiedThis paper analyzes the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the platform,and completes the functional architecture design and overall business process design.Functional architecture includes four functional modules: real-time supervision,performance management,file management and account information management.After that,paper designs the technical architecture of the platform and the platform implementation mode based on B/S architecture and micro service architecture is defined,and then,the database structure and data table are designed in detail.Paper completes the prototype design of the platform,and invites the target users to have a prototype verification meeting,which verifies the effectiveness and applicability of the functional design.After the platform is deployed on the cloud,this paper designs and completes the platform verification experiment.The vehicle terminal successfully identifies dangerous driving behavior and uploads the video to the platform,which verifies the availability of the platform.
