In recent years,with the continuous development of our country's national economy,China has become the No.1 automobile market in the world since last 5 years,which has reached annual sales of more than 20 million vehicles and car ownership exceeding 100 million.The continuous reform of the vehicle system and the increasing number of private cars have made new demands on the safety management of vehicles.Therefore,it is an important task for us to manage well of vehicle safety nowadays.The vehicle safety is primarily based on two factors: human and vehicle.Doing the management of safety driving precautions well,including the management of both personnel and vehicle safety,will help to achieve the goal of safe driving.To solve this problem,this article studies and implements the safety management platform(vehicle-mounted diagnostic system)based on OBD.Based on the international general standard of OBD-II,using OBD module to collect the vehicle's data,using the communication method of this article proposed as well as cloud service,collecting the real-time and remote data,and real-time analysing the driver behaviour by big data,using the 4G mobile terminal to give users warning,which will achieve the goal of managing vehicle and driving safety.
