The coal-mining subsided lake has the characteristics of a wetland ecosystem,and it is a better governance model to restore it to an artificial wetland park through landscape reconstruction.However,due to a large amount of capital investment in order to maintain normal operation of coal-mining subsided wetland park,the economic value of wetland park must be fully tapped to solve the problem of small income and large investment.The external benefits of coal-mining subsided wetland park are a component of the economic value.Therefore,quantitative exploration of spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland parks can enrich theoretical research on ecological restoration and improve the calculation of economic benefits in the development and construction of wetland parks.In this paper,based on in-depth analysis of the formation,present situation,characteristics and classification of coal-mining subsided wetland park,the exploration for formation mechanism of spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland park was carried out to determine influence path of spillover effect and establish spillover effect model of the influence path.An empirical analysis taking Pan’an Lake wetland park as an example was carried out to verify the reliability of model.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The present situation,characteristics and classification of coal-mining subsided wetland park are analyzed.There are about 14 coal-mining subsided wetland parks in China,which are mainly distributed in Jiangsu,Anhui,Hebei,Shandong and Henan.The coal-mining subsided wetland park generally presents the characteristics of relatively concentrated distribution,dynamic and complex development,as well as ecological water-land complex.Based on individual differences of location,form and natural endowment,coal-mining subsided wetland parks are divided into four categories: good location conditions and high endowments,good location conditions and low endowments,poor location conditions and high endowments,poor location conditions and low endowments.(2)The mechanisml of spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland park is revealed.The fundamental reason for spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland park is that many of the "user-related" ecosystem services have spatial limitations,which makes the population gather in the space of coal-mining subsided wetland park,and promotes spillover effect through combined effect of "resource-based conditions" and market conditions.The influence path of spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland park can be summarized as driving land value-added and the development of surrounding consumer-oriented service industry.(3)A measurement model of land price spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland park is constructed.The range of land price increase greater than the regional average increase in the area where the project is located is determined as the impact range of the construction of coal-mining subsided wetland park,and the extent that exceeds the regional average increase is determined to be the spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland park on land price.Taking Pan’an Lake wetland park as an example,the results show that Pan’an Lake has obvious spillover effect on land price in the northwest area.The maximum impact radius is about 2km and the impact area is about 1,794 hectares.From 2008 to 2020,the percentage of land price increases within the affected area exceeding the regional average increase reached 566%and the spillover effect of Pan’an Lake Wetland Park on land prices is about 1.32775 billion yuan.(4)A measurement model of spillover effect of coal-mining subsided wetland park on the distribution density of consumer-oriented service industry is constructed.The basic principle is to construct a ―counterfactual scenario‖ of coal-mining subsided wetland park by comparing with a control area that has not been undergone restoration of coal-mining subsidence land,and to evaluate its spillover effect by using the difference-in-differences model.Taking Pan’an Lake wetland park as an example,the results show that the surrounding consumer-oriented service industry index is about 45.21% higher than that of the unreconstructed.In addition,the restored Pan’an Lake wetland park has different spillover effects on the distribution of different types of consumer-oriented service industry in the surrounding area,and its spillover effects on catering services,accommodation services,commercial shopping services,medical and health services,as well as education services are about 20.68%,14.57%,12.86%,11.18% and 5.13%,respectively.There are 39 charts,24 tables and 128 references in this thesis.
