Both coal and land are important natural resources for human. Coal exploitationhas been contributed greatly to the development of economy and society for manyyears. Meanwhile, the concomitant subsided land in coal mining area has affectedthe ecological environment, agricultural production, regional economic developmentand the people’s living standard in mining area seriously. So it is urgent to find asustainable developing way for the mining area to reuse subsidence, which based onthe local condition, in order to make the economic, ecological and social benefitsmaximum after reclamation.In view of this, the main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the status quo of reclaimed subsided land in coalmining area in China, make a simple research on the problems of reclaimed subsidedland in coal mining area presently in China, and conclude the typical utilizationmodes of subsided coal mining area in HuaiNan, HuaiBei and TangShan.(2)Predict subsidence situation by using probability integration method, toconfirm the stabilization of subsided land in coal mining area. Superimpose threefactors collapse depth, slope collapse and water distribution of subsided land in coalmining area using Geographic Information System(GIS), assess land suitability ofsubsided land in coal mining area to choose possible utilization modes of subsidencearea.(3)Reclaimed subsided land in coal mining areas have economic value,ecological value, social value. Model will be built to predict the economical, benefitsand social benefits of subsided land in coal mining area.(4)Build linear optimization model, to set the optimization constraints, andconstruct the optimal objective function based on economical benefits, ecologicalbenefits and social benefits. Take Zhuxianzhuang coal mine subsidence for example,calculate the objective function value from different benefits, optimize the utilizationmodes of coal mine subsidence area at last.
