Cyhalofop-butyl is a kind of aromatic cyanide fluorine oxygen-fluorophenoxy propionic acid herbicide,on rice is very safe,can effectively remove the gramineous weeds in the paddy fields,so far,the use amount of cyanogen fluorine grass ester is also on the rise year by year,but for the overuse of herbicides will cause serious harm to the ecological environment,so the cyanide fluorine grass ester toxicity effect research is particularly important.In order to study the toxic effect of cyhalofop-butyl on aquatic organisms,Danio rerio was selected as the model organism and cyhalofop-butyl as the pollutant to study its acute toxicity on Danio rerio.According to the LC50 of acute toxicity,bioenrichment and oxidative stress tests were carried out.Acute toxicity test of cyanide fluorine grass ester of Danio rerio get 96 hlc50 is 3.964 mg/L,after the design of 0.39 mg/L(1/10 LC50),0.039 mg/L(1/100 LC50)two cyanide concentration of fluorine grass ester,biological enrichment coefficients was tested by a static method,after eight days of grass ester with fluorine exposure test,complete with fluorine grass ester of Danio rerio bioaccumulation test,measured the bioaccumulation of two exposure concentration coefficient were 22.4,13.4,belongs to the moderate concentration of pesticide.Danio rerio were exposed to cyhalofop-butyl solution with concentrations of 0.5,0.8 and 1 mg/L,and set blank control and acetone control.Liver tissues of Danio rerio were taken 3,7,14 and 21 days after exposure to the virus,and the changes of antioxidant enzyme activity(SOD,CAT,reduced glutathione GSH content)and lipid peroxidation(MDA content)were measured respectively to evaluate the damage of cyhalofop-butyl to the spot oxidation system.The effects of different concentrations of cyanoflurane on Danio rerio enzyme activity were determined.This study shows that cyanofluoxetate has a certain toxic effect on Danio rerio,and the enzyme activity index measured in this experiment appears to be activated or inhibited.The details are as follows:Antioxidant enzyme system: The antioxidant enzymes take SOD and CAT as indicators,and the effects of cyhalofop-butyl on the activities of these two enzymes in the Danio rerio liver were firstly activated and then inhibited.Malondialdehyde(MDA content): The lipid peroxidation of Danio rerio by cyhalofop-butyl at different concentrations was determined.The MDA content in the liver basically showed a steady increase with the passage of time of cyhalofop-butyl poisoning.In addition to the significant difference between the 0.5 mg / L disposal groups and the control group on the 7th day,there was no significant difference in other ingredients.GSH content: In this study,the GSH content in the Danio rerio liver showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.From day 7 to day 21,there were significant differences between the disposal groups and the control group,and With the increase of concentration,the decreasing trend is more significant..GSH is also the most sensitive of all enzymes and can be used as an important index to measure the oxidative stress of cyhalofop-butyl to Danio rerio.
