Sodium sulfate-hydrogen peroxide-sodium chloride adduct(SPS)is an inorganic hydrogen peroxide adduct, also known as solid hydrogen peroxide, with active oxygen [O]content of 4.6%,and has the functions of bleaching and sterilization.Compared with hydrogen peroxide adducts such as sodium percarbonate,it has the characteristics of low-temperature oxygen release, high thermal stability, and neutral aqueous solution.SPS works by dissolving in water and ionizing active substances such as hydroxyl and peroxyate ions. These active substances have strong electron deprivation ability and can be widely used in aquaculture, sewage treatment, fabric bleaching and other fields. In order to prepare products with high active oxygen content and strengthen its sterilization application, the preparation process of hydrogen peroxide with a mass fraction of 50% was explored, and the optimal preparation process conditions were obtained through a single-factor experiment method, that is,25 m L hydrogen peroxide was used as As a benchmark,4g sodium chloride,32 g sodium sulfate were added, the reaction temperature was 15°C,and the reaction time was 1h.The hydrogen peroxide content in the prepared products is about 9.6%,the thermal decomposition temperature is as high as180°C,and the storage stability is more than 95% for 21 days.In view of its high content synthetic mother liquor, the mother liquor recycling was explored. The experiment found that the mother liquor can be used twice continuously, and the hydrogen peroxide content in the product prepared each time is above 9.2%.The potassium peroxymonosulfate compound salt(PMPS)was selected as an auxiliary additive to enhance the bactericidal performance of SPS,and the compounds of different mass ratios were respectively tested for killing Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans, and compared It is concluded that the bactericidal concentration obtained when compounded according to the mass ratio of 1:1 is 0.66mg/m L,0.96mg/m L,0.20mg/m L,respectively. Both are lower than the minimum bactericidal concentration of SPS or PMPS alone, confirming that the two have a synergistic bactericidal effect, and PMPS can enhance the bactericidal ability of SPS.Based on the above experimental data, the process design for an annual output of3000 tons of green composite peroxide disinfectant was carried out.The material balance was carried out in the scope of the four unit operations of reaction, filtration, and drying. The heat balance of the reactor was carried out,and the Material flow chart, selection of equipment through calculation, and preparation of a list of equipment.Through analysis, the process control plan was determined, the pipeline and instrument flow chart with control points were drawn, and the pipeline characteristic table was compiled. On this basis, the equipment layout drawing and piping layout drawing were completed.
