The front silver paste is a key component of the crystalline silicon solar cell,and the organic carrier plays a crucial role in it.This thesis chiefly introduces the general methods of adjusting the wettability and rheology of the organic carrier,and studies the influence of the wettability and rheology of the organic carrier on the efficiency of solar cells.Firstly,the wettability of the solvent and the functional phase and the binder phase was studied with a contact angle tester.The mixture of butyl carbitol and alcohol ester twelve and their different proportions were dropped on copper powder,silver powder,and glass,respectively.On 5 different substrates of powder-1,glass powder-2 and silicon wafers,the measurement results show that when butyl carbitol: alcohol ester twelve=1:1,the measured contact angle is the smallest,indicating that the solvent has the best Good wettability.Secondly,the three-stage measurement of rheometer is to compare the recovery rate of three different binders under different content within a specified time.It is found that acrylic resin always exhibits excellent recovery characteristics.After the external force is removed,M1-M3 The recovery rates within 30 s were 87.8%,91.5% and 91.92%.Next,a rheometer was used to study the effect of different thixotropic agent ratios on the recovery of the organic carrier.The results showed that when hydrogenated castor oil: polyamide wax=1:2,the organic carrier showed excellent thixotropy.The wettability and rheology of the organic carrier are controlled by the contact angle tester and rheometer,so as to effectively guide the design of the organic carrier for the silver paste of solar cells.Subsequently,the influence of the wettability and rheology of the organic carrier on the efficiency of the solar cell was studied.The wettability of the organic solvent to the silver powder and silicon wafer was studied through the contact angle test.At the same time,the dispersion of the silver paste was analyzed by the particle surface analyzer.The test results show that adding diethylene glycol dibutyl ether can improve the wettability of the solvent,silver powder and silicon wafer.The relaxation time of silver paste P3 made of organic carrier M2 with good wettability is 94.46 ms,which has excellent dispersibility.During printing,the paste P3 made of the organic solvent S2 with good wettability to the silicon wafer is in good contact with the silicon substrate,and the aspect ratio of the front electrode grid line is 0.39 after printing.Finally,the rheology of the slurry is characterized by a rheometer.The results show that a slurry with a moderate viscosity and good recovery rate can effectively improve the printing performance.After testing,the resulting monocrystalline silicon solar cell made with a slurry with excellent wettability and rheology has the best photon-to-electron conversion efficiency(22.447 %).
