Issues disturb the future of mankind that such as population and resources.Therefore,solar energy be exploit and apply,which fully embodies our country’s philosophy that development must continue to coexist peacefully with mankind and nature.Due to its mature craft and support,solar cells have become the main utilization methods of solar energy.The positive silver electronic paste is a crucial constituent partof solar cells,and the glass frit is an important component in the front electronic paste.This text introduces the manufacture and function of the glass used for the front silver electronic paste.At the same time,the actual effect of different glasses on battery performance was also tested.This article mainly studies a variety of modified glass frit:1.Graphene doped Pb-Te-Si glass frit.The graphene-doped Pb-Te-Si glass and undoped glass are prepared by the melting quenching and the hydrothermal method,and the function of the glass is test and inspection.The specific surface area shows that the graphene-doped glass has a smaller size and a larger surface area,which will promote the front contact metalization.High temperature microscope and proper contact angle indicate that it has excellent wettability,wide sintering window and etching effect.Graphene-doped silicon cells have better photoelectric conversion efficiency(19.10%),which is 0.6%higher than traditional glass solar cells.Through SEM characterization,it is further found that there are a large amount of conductive alloy and silver at the interface,which will form an excellent ohmic contact between the electrode and the n~+emitter,thereby reducing the contact resistance of the solar cell and promoting photoelectron migration.This work has forward-looking guiding significance for the future development of a new type of high wettability glass for commercial crystalline silicon solar cells.2.Amino disperse different carbon sources to coat lead-free glass frit.Similarly,melt quenching method and hydrothermal method are used to prepare glass coated with different carbon sources,and amino dispersant is used to solve the agglomeration problem of carbon sources.When the conductivity and characteristic temperature point of the original glass,graphene-coated glass and amino-dispersed graphene-coated glass are tested under the same conditions,the conductivity of the amino-dispersed graphene-coated glass is significantly improved,while the hemispherical point temperature value is greatly reduced,whcich will promote contact with the silicon substrate.Comparing different carbon source coated glass frit through experiments,the best amino-dispersed graphene coated glass is obtained.Through further representation,it is noted that there are a great many conductive alloy balls and graphene at the interface.This result is considered to be the reason why the performance of solar cells prepared with lead-free glass can be improved.The electric performance parameter error value of 20 batteries of amino-dispersed graphene oxide coated glass is tested very small,indicating that the battery made of this glass is very stable.
