Among many photochromic materials,diarylethene derivatives have become one of them due to their outstanding fatigue resistance and thermal irreversibility,short response time,high quantum yield and other unique advantages by many researchers are favored.In addition,from a basic and practical point of view,for decades,many researchers study of diarylethene derivatives have been widely used in many aspects and it is the most promising photochromic compound in practical applications.At the same time,it is an ideal detection tool with functionalized diarylethene derivatives as fluorescent probes.Therefore,because of diarylethene derivatives unique advantages in ion detection by widely used as fluorescent probes.In recent years,on the basis of summarizing the literatures on diarylethene derivatives as fluorescent probes,proposes my subject and conducts research:(1)Introduced several photochromic materials,the properties and applicaton of diarylethene derivatives are summarized and the research progress of fluorescent probes based diarylethene.(2)Three diarylethene derivatives containing isoquinoline,nicotinic hydrazide and thiourea groups were designed and synthesized.The photochromic behavior of these three compounds was investigated and the metal ion recognition in detail by fluorescence spectroscopy,mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetism,and the complex mechanism has been reasonably explained.(3)It is found that the diarylethene derivatives with isoquinoline and nicotinic hydrazide as intermediates all show high selectivity and sensitivity to Al3+,and they are fluorescence-enhanced chemosensor with good anti-interference,and the compound could be served as a fluorescent chemosensor for selective detection of Al3+.In addition,the association constant of the diarylethene derivative with isoquinoline as the intermediate was 6.06 × 104 mol-1 L,and the detection limit was 2.34 × 10-8 mol L-1.The association constant of the diarylethene derivative with nicotinic hydrazide as the intermediate was 6.74 × 104 mol-1 L and the detection limit was 2.52 × 10-8 mol L-1.However,the diarylethene derivative with thiourea as an intermediate showed good electivity to Zn2+,the fluorescence color of the solution changes from orange to yellow by after adding Zn2+.At the same time,the association constant was calculated that the diarylethene derivative with thiourea as the intermediate,found to be 1.28×105 mol-1 Land the detection limit was 1.06×10-8 mol L-1.
