protection,has become a must to solve major theoretical and practical problem.Since the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core has focused on the new historical position in the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,vigorously promoted ecological progress,and continuously advanced theoretical development in practice,thus forming Xi Jinping Thought on Ecological Civilization adapted to the development of the new era.This idea is aimed at promoting China’s ecological progress,creating an ecological environment in which man and
