| Tianya-Haijiao scenic spot,as a beautiful business card of Sanya City’s tourism industry,is one of the most popular tourist destinations for domestic and foreign tourists.However,with the rapid expansion of the scale of scenic tourism activities,the factors affecting the safety of scenic tourism are becoming more and more complex,and tourism safety accidents show a high trend.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the tourism safety situation of Ultima Thule scenic spot in order to fully understand the current situation of safety management of Tianya-Haijiao scenic spot.This paper selects Tianya-Haijiao scenic spot as the research object,based on accident cause and effect chain,risk management and other related theories,adopts literature research,questionnaire survey,comparative research and other research methods,through the way of scenic area safety evaluation to study the safety management status of Tianya-Haijiao scenic spot.At the same time,combined with the multiple and similar hazardous factors in the cases of safety accidents in scenic spots at home and abroad,compared with the characteristics of tourism structure of Tianya-Haijiao scenic spot,21 specific safety risk factors,such as drowning risk,fire risk,electrocution risk,stampede risk,ship accident risk and asphyxiation risk,were identified.Through the theory of system safety,the security risk factors of scenic spots are divided into four evaluation units:the risk of personnel gathering stampede,the risk of tourist attractions facilities,the risk of management of tourist attractions and the risk of natural environment.The specific safety risk factors of the four evaluation units were qualitatively and quantitatively evaluated by using safety evaluation methods such as maximum load calculation,scenic accident risk assessment,causal analysis map and safety checklist.Finally,based on the results of safety evaluation combined with the successful experience of safety management in scenic spots at home and abroad,from the four aspects of personnel,equipment,environment and management,the paper puts forward 11 targeted safety management proposals,such as strengthening safety education and training of scenic managers,raising tourists’ safety awareness,perfecting the equipment of scenic safety facilities,improving the intelligent level of scenic spots,strengthening the monitoring and early warning of natural disasters,strengthening the control of internal safety environment,promoting the standardization of scenic safety management and perfecting the emergency rescue system of scenic spots.In order to achieve the safe development of Tianya-Haijiao scenic spot. |
