Bisphenol A(BPA)is widely used in plastic products and various food packaging materials and various diseases caused by the migration of bisphenol A endanger people’s health.Bisphenol A is an endocrine disruptor with estrogen-like properties,and numerous studies have shown that it poses a potential threat to human health.Since most of the current methods for detecting BPA are time-consuming and labor-intensive,it is a research hotspot to explore a fast,simple,and sensitive detection method for detecting bisphenol A migrated in food packaging.Electrochemical analysis is a commonly used method for the rapid and sensitive detection of bisphenol A.The electrode modification materials on electrochemical sensors are an important research direction to improve detection sensitivity and reduce detection limit,which has attracted the interest of researchers.Increasing the specific surface area of the material,increasing the catalytic sites of the material,enhancing the conductive ability of the material,and improving the response strength of the bisphenol A are the core purposes of this article.In this paper,an electrochemical sensor is constructed by nanocomposite materials with in situ synthesis of gold nanoparticles on multi-walled carbon nanotubes coated with polyethyleneimine for the sensitive detection of bisphenol A and it has a wider linear range and lower detection limits.We developed a Cu-MOF-199/MWCNT nanocomposite modified electrochemical sensor and applied it to the rapid detection of bisphenol A.On this basis,the MOF material was further prepared,and the practical application value of the new morphology and structure of MOF for BPA detection was explored.We used the hydrothermal method to synthesize bimetallic Ce-Ni-MOF to prepare bisphenol A electrochemical sensor,which found that the detection sensitivity was further improved and the detection limit was further reduced.Therefore,we have synthesized and screened a bimetallic Ce-Zn-MOF with the best performance and used it to in the construction of a novel bisphenol A,which has a good application prospect.
