| Bio-organic pesticide residue is as the residue of preparing bio-pesticide,there is a large yield,difficult to harmless treatment and other problems.Pyrolysis technology is one of the high-efficiency means of harmless transformation of solid waste.It can transform solid waste into pyrolytic carbon,pyrolysis gas and pyrolysis oil,which can turn waste into treasure and reuse resources.Pine sawdust chips contain alkali/alkaline-earth metals,which can promote the pyrolysis reaction.This paper is a basic study of the co-pyrelysis characteristics of bioorganic pesticide residues and pine chips.Through thermal weight analysis,the weightlessness characteristics of organic pesticide residues and pine chips mixed with raw materials in different proportions are discussed.According to the results of thermal weight analysis,different mixed proportions of raw materials are pyrolysis based on home-made tube heating furnaces,and collect gas,liquid,solid three-phase products.The formation law of pyrolysis coke,the formation of pyrolysis tar,the change of characteristic peak intensity of functional groups and the change of the proportion of each component in pyrolysis gas were investigated.The experimental results show that:(1)In the pyrolysis test of bioorganic pesticide residues,There are three stages:dehydration,descepulation and slow weightlessness.The maximum weight loss rate is32.17%/min at 330℃,The order of ion current intensity of each gas is as follows H2O>NH3>CO2>CH4>H2>HCN,In the temperature range of 400℃to 800℃,The yield of solid phase decreased from 60.62%to 48.65%.The XRD graph of solid phase product at high temperature showed that it was still amorphous.The yield of gas phase increased from 8.56%to 13.93%.With the increase of temperature,the content of combustible gas increased and the content of non combustible gas decreased.The highest low calorific value was 13.37 MJ/m3at 800℃;The maximum content of ammonia detected by Nessler reagent spectrophotometry was 287.89 mg/kg at 700℃.The yield of liquid phase increased from 30.82%to 37.42%,and the infrared spectra of the functional group of pyrolysis tar shows that as the temperature increases,the phenol and aromatic compounds in the liquid phase products increase first and then decrease,the lipid compounds show the opposite change,and the substances of aldehyde,ketones and acids increase with temperature.(2)In the experiment of co-pyrolysis of organic pesticide residue and pine sawdust,there are three stages of dehydration,de-volatilization and carbonization.The increase of pine sawdust has an enhanced effect on the weight loss.When the mixing ratio is 1:4,the final loss rate of the sample is 80.12%.In the pyrolysis temperature range of 400~800℃.The yield of coke is decreasing,and the yield of pyridine and tar is increasing.The increase of pine sawdust makes the characteristic diffraction peak strength of pyrocarbon gradually increase,the crystal phase is more stable,and the crystallization is higher.The addition of pine sawdust can effectively improve the gas production rate and CO yield,while the yields of CO2,H2,CH4and CnHmdecrease,The ammonia content is the lowest at184.44 mg/kg at a mixing ratio of 4:1 and temperature of 600℃.The infrared spectra of the functional group of pyrolysis tar show that with the increase of pine sawdust,the heavy components of the aromatic family are reduced and converted into lightweight components such as phenols,improving the quality of tar. |
