At present,most power plants in our country take active or passive coal as fuel to generate electricity.Rich coal,less gas and lack of oil are the main energy structure in our country.Coal,as a major component of our energy,is very important for its effective utilization.The study of coal pyrolysis technology is of great significance to improve the adaptability of raw materials and the utilization of low rank lignite.The gas,liquid and solid products produced by coal pyrolysis can be obtained by further processing and utilization.In view of this situation,the pyrolysis characteristics of coal powder and the release law of gas phase in pyrolysis process are studied in this paper.First,this paper uses the TG-FTIR thermal infrared spectrometry TG thermogravimetric analyzer instrument in four kinds of different heating rate of bituminous coal and a lignite coal pyrolysis experiment,velocity of different heating and different kinds of coal on coal pyrolysis process were investigated,and through the research on the pyrolysis characteristics of pulverized coal pyrolysis from theory on the calculation of kinetic parameters,provide a theoretical basis for the conclusion of the experiment.Secondly,this paper compares the pulverized coal pyrolysis kinetics model of five kinds of commonly used,and through the pyrolysis experiments were carried out for Shenhua bituminous coal and lignite in N2 environment analysis,the optimization of pyrolysis kinetic parameters of 5 kinds of pyrolysis model to calculate the Hooke-Jeeves method,the simulation results of five kinds of pyrolysis model in four kinds of heating rate,and the disadvantages of each model.Finally,this paper adopts Curie-point reactor and gas chromatography analyzer using fast pyrolysis method(CPP-GC method),based on the fast pyrolysis temperature change,research and analysis of the coal produced during fast pyrolysis gas phase product release,part mainly focused on the yield and the gas on the gas phase product analysis,compared with the conventional pyrolysis method(TG-FTIR method)gas yield was measured for comparative analysis,obtains the temperature effect of two kinds of gas phase pyrolysis method of product release. |
