| With the continuous rise of the Chinese nation in recent years,the Chinese economy has improved significantly,which lays a solid foundation for the country’s scientific and technological development and also proposes new requirements for the development of its aviation industry.The quality assurance and risk warning of aviation equipment are of important significance.In order to increase the success rate of aviation equipment mission execution and avoid risks as practically as possible,an information platform is required to help relevant staff sort out unsafe event information,analyze the risk sources of aviation equipment,and send early warnings against possible risks.The aviation equipment quality risk identification and early warning platform development platform,as introduced in this paper,is the “Total Quality Improvement Project”of a group in China.Through understanding and analysis of the practical needs of a research institute affiliated to the group,specific research and design of the implementation methods and calculation formulas regarding risk analysis,risk warning and other functions of this system were conducted.Also,the system was implemented based on the Spring Boot framework,Layui framework,Echarts and the My SQL database.This system is mainly divided into two modules,namely risk analysis and risk warning.In the risk analysis module,the system imports the unsafe event information that has appeared in the flight mission,then extracts the risk source information of aviation equipment and obtains diversified value information of risk sources through further calculation and sorting,and finally presents the information in a visual manner.This paper analyzes and optimizes the codes of importing information and calculating and processing the data module,finally contributing to the great improvement in performance.In the risk warning module,this system draws a risk trend chart for each risk source according to the changes in the possibility of risk occurrence,then gets the warning status through the steps of determining the over-limit warning threshold and judging the warning status,etc.,and finally displays all the risk warning status statistics information to users.In this module,this paper analyzes and discusses in detail the formula of calculating the established threshold.Currently,the system has passed the acceptance and been put into operation.This system may allow the staff of related departments to understand the risk source information of different aviation equipment more conveniently and intuitively,pay more attention to the models with higher risk levels or particular warning states,and provide some help for quality assurance and risk warning in relation to aviation equipment. |
