Through investigation of phthalates in soil, plants and grape fruits in the grape base in turpan region, this study explored the pollution level and risk of phthalates in soil and grapes, provided scientific basis for formulating reasonable and effective prevention and control measures. It was great significance that guaranteed the quality and safety of grape products. The main research results were as follows:(1)The content and pollution level of PAEs in soilSix phthalates were detected in the soil of facility grape base in turpan, including DBP,DIBP,DEHP,DMP,DEP and BBZP,with a total content of 2.153 mg/kg.Among them, the DIBP,DBP and DEHP total content was 2.132 mg/kg,accounted for 99% of the total amount of PAEs,were the main pollution in the soil. The contents of the three compounds in descending order were DIBP>DEHP>DBP,whose average contents were1.047 mg/kg,0.629 mg/kg and 0.456 mg/kg,respectively,accounting for 48.6%,29.2% and21.2% of the content of the sum PAEs.Among them, the content of DBP exceeded the control standard of PAEs in soil of the United States, posing a great pollution risk, and the content of other components did not exceed the control standard.(2)The vertical distribution characteristics of PAEs in soilThe distribution of DBP,DIBP and DEHP in the soil was significantly different in the vertical direction(0~60 cm).The contents of the three compounds in the soil layer of 0~20cm,20~40 cm,and 40~60 cm were 1.257 mg/kg,0.535 mg/kg,and 0.34 mg/kg respectively, accounting for 59%,25.1%,and 15.9% in the whole soil layer respectively, indicated that PAEs in the soil was mainly distributed in 0-20 cm soil layer. With the increase of the depth of the soil layer, there was a significant decrease trend.(3)Pollution characteristics of PAEs in soil with different planting yearsWith the growth of planting years, the total content of DBP,DIBP and DEHP did not show a linear growth trend. The total content of three kinds of PAEs in the soil of grape greenhouse after planting for 1 ~ 4 years showed a slow rise trend, reached the maximum content in the 4th year, and the content of three kinds of PAEs in the soil decreased slowly from the 5th year.Through correlation analysis, the contents of ∑PAEs,DIBP and DBP in soil were not significantly correlated with the planting years, while DEHP in soil was significantly negatively correlated with the planting years, and it was-0.972 that Pearson correlation coefficient.(4)The content and distribution characteristics of PAEs in grape plantsEight kinds of PAEs compounds were found in grape plants, mainly DBP,DIBP and DEHP,and the total content of the three was 2.984 mg/kg,accounting for 95.4% of the total PAEs.The contents of the three compounds in descending order was DEHP>DIBP>DBP,whose average contents were 2.071 mg/kg,0.462 mg/kg,0.452 m g/kg.The content of PAEs from high to low in different parts of grape plants was r oot>stem>leaf>fruit, accounted for 40.3%,31.3%,23.8% and 4.5% respectively.(5)Enrichment of PAEs in grape plantsIt was highest that the enrichment coefficient of PAEs in grape roots,0.58,followed by0.41 in stem and 0.33 in leaf, and 0.07 in fruit, indicaed that the enrichment ability of PAEs in grape fruits was weak, while that of roots was strong. In all organs of grape, the root system had a strong ability to enrich DIBP,and the enrichment coefficient was 0.97,which was significantly higher than that of DBP and DEHP.The enrichment coefficients of DIBP,DBP and DEHP in grape stem were 0.46,0.46 and 0.32,respectively,Which were little difference in the values,so the enrichment ability of stem was close to them. The DIBP enrichment coefficient of leaves was significantly larger than that of DBP and DEHP,and the enrichment capacity was similar to that of roots.(6)Correlation analysis of PAEs between fruits and soilThrough correlation analysis, there was a significant positive correlation between the phthalate content in grape fruits and the sum of PAEs in soil, and Pearson correlation coefficient(r)was 0.849,which was significantly correlated at the level of 0.01(bilateral).The content of DIBP,DBP and DEHP in the soil was also significantly correlated with the grape fruits, and the correlation coefficient(r)was 0.843,respectively.(7)Dietary exposure risk of PAEsThrough the analysis of dietary exposure risk of DBP,DEHP and DIBP,the average risk index of the three compounds was less than 1,indicated that PAEs in grapes had no health risk.
