Organic phosphate esters are widely used as flame retardants and plasticizers in all walks of life. However, studies have shown that OPEs are carcinogenic, neurotoxic and can harm to the ecological environment and human health. In this paper, the analysis of pollution level, distribution characteristics, composition characteristics, the correlation analysis of total organic carbon content and 13 kinds of organophosphates in the Liao Hekou wetland soil in Liaoning, and caculated the soil ecological risk assessment and health risk assessment. It also provids data support for the research of organophosphates in the Liaohekou wetland.Main findings of this paper are as follows:An analytical method for simultaneously detecting 13 organophosphate flame retardants or plasticizers in soil was established.n-hexane-acetone?1:1,v/v?was used as the extraction solvent, and the optimum extraction temperature was 100°C under the pressure of 1500 psi.static extraction time is 10 minutes, static extraction cycle is 2times,and the received liquid is concentrated and passed through DB-5MS?30m×0.25mm×0.25?m?,using the reaction monitoring mode?SRM?,the target compound was characterized by retention time and characteristic ions, and quantified by internal standard method. The analytical method established in this paper has a linear correlation coefficient ranging from 0.9905 to 0.9998 in the corresponding OPEs linear range, the method detection limit is 0.100.22 ng/g,and the method limit of quantification is 0.330.72 ng/g,13 kinds of OPEs The recoveries were 81.71%104.42%?1 ng/g?,84.82%106.91%?5 ng/g?,and 86.32%105.47%?10 ng/g?.The relative standard deviations are less than 15%,which meets the requirements of quantitative analysis. The total concentration of 13 OPEs in the surface soil of Liaohekou wetland was24.5260.01ng/g,and the median total concentration was 110.01 ng/g.TnBP is the main pollutant in the soil of Liaohekou wetland, the concentration level is 2.9241.4ng/g,the median concentration is 78.1ng/g.The spatial distribution characteristics of 13 total OPEs in the soil of Liaohekou wetland were higher in the outer regions of the north and the west, and the concentration in the central part of all sampling points was lower. The spatial distribution characteristics of each monomer are higher in the eastern region. The compositional characteristics of 13 target compounds in the Liaohekou wetland soil showed that TnBP is the main pollutant in the Liaohekou wetland soil, accounting for1.57%94.99%of the 13 OPEs.Among the three different substituents of OPEs,the alkyl phosphate has the highest composition ratio, followed by the chlorophosphate,The composition ratio of the aryl phosphate is low.The TOC content was not significantly correlated with the 13 OPEs in the Liaohekou wetland soil studied in this experiment. The ecological risk assessment of OPEs in the soil of Liaohekou wetland shows that the combined toxicity of 11 OPEs is in the range of 1.67454.064,and the risk quotient of 18 sampling points is between 1 and 10,with less potential adverse effects. There are 9 sampling points with a risk quotient between 10 and 100,which has a significant potential adverse effect. The adult's TCR range of 13 OPEs in the Liaohekou wetland soil is 31.8×10-12684×10-12,the TCR range of children's carcinogenic risk is30.5×10-12658×10-12,the adult's non-cancer THI range of 13 OPEs in the Liaohekou wetland soil is 6.66×10-799.9×10-7,the non-cancer THI range of children's is23.3×10-7282×10-7.Far below the acceptable risk range, and the risk of skin contact is higher in the two exposure pathways discussed in this paper.Ingestion.
