Thiocarbamates are a common type of fine chemical products,which play a very important role in medicine,pesticides,biology and chemical synthesis.Because of the wide use of thiocarbamate,the method of synthesizing it has always been a research hotspot of organic synthesis scientists.At present,there are many synthetic methods of thiocarbamate,such as hydrolysis alcoholysis,rearrangement reaction,carbonylation method and phosgene derivative method,etc.However,most of these methods have the following disadvantages: high temperature reaction energy consumption,reaction time The shortcomings,such as long,expensive catalysts,and unenvironmental use of solvents,violate the current concept of "green chemistry".Therefore,synthetic organic chemists have been working to find a green and gentle method for synthesizing thiocarbamates.In recent years,a class of five-membered dioxazolone compounds have been widely studied and used by synthetic organic chemists as amide sources.We tried to use dioxazolone compounds as amide sources to carry out amidation reaction to synthesize thiocarbamates.By optimizing conditions and exploring the reaction mechanism,we developed a synthesis of thiocarbamic acid without transition metal catalysis.A new method of green synthesis of esters.The thesis is mainly divided into three chapters.The first chapter introduces the application of thiocarbamates in the pharmaceutical industry,and then introduces some of the current research progress in the synthesis of thiocarbamates,and finally introduces dioxazolones as amide sources.The development process and research progress.The second chapter mainly studies the amidation reaction of dioxazolones and thiols/thiophenols under mild conditions under base catalysis,including template reaction,optimization of reaction conditions,and substrate expansion,and finally After a good yield(68-92%),18 thiocarbamate compounds were prepared.The third chapter is mainly about the application research of thiocarbamate,which separately studied the dynamic covalent bond properties of thiocarbamate and the addition reaction of thiol.
