| In recent years,the construction of the new socialist countryside has promoted the development of agriculture and animal husbandry,and the scale of livestock and poultry breeding has been increasing,but the emissions of livestock and poultry droppings have also increased year by year.High temperature aerobic fermentation of livestock and poultry manure is an efficient treatment method to convert the agricultural waste into organic fertilizer resources,but humidity has an important influence on its fermentation efficiency because such fermentation is a kind of solid fermentation.To this end,a high temperature rapid fermentation tank of livestock and poultry droppings is designed for the study of chicken manure straw mixture,and a humidity regulation system is designed on this basis to further improve fermentation efficiency.First of all,under the premise of analyzing various fermentation influence factors and determining the initial carbon-nitrogen ratio and taking bio-enzyme as fermentation additive,the fermentation process of high temperature aerobic fermentation of animal and poultry manure was studied by the optimal fermentation temperature and initial humidity determination experiment,in which the optimal temperature and humidity were measured at 75 ℃ and 65%,respectively.Based on this fermentation process,the fermentation tank of horizontal livestock and poultry feces is designed,which mainly includes fermentation tank,heating system,mixing system,in and out of the material system and oxygen supply system.Then,on the basis of the fermentation tank designed,by analyzing the characteristics of high temperature and rapid fermentation of animal and poultry manure assisted by external heat sources,the common humidity regulation method is compared,and a humidity regulation system combining dehumidification and humidification is designed.Among them,the dehumidification system is mainly composed of condensate pipe,bracket,insulation layer and internal pipe.And the heat transfer analysis of condensation tube and other structures is carried out by FLUENT.The results show that the structure is reasonable in theory and can maintain a high heat exchange coefficient without adding fins to reduce manufacturing costs.The humidification system consists of upper-end humidification and shaft-end humidification.And a more reasonable nozzle layout is obtained by mathematical modeling column equations.Finally,two sets of experiments were used to compare the dehumidification device designed with the forced ventilation in the traditional dehumidification method.It was found that the overall heating efficiency of the air condensation method was66.67 percent higher than that of forced ventilation,while its dehumidification efficiency was only 33.29 percent lower.On the whole,this method can ensure the rapid heating up of livestock and poultry manure during high temperature fermentation process while achieving effective dehumidification,and has certain advantages in the high temperature and rapid fermentation of livestock and poultry manure assisted by external heat source.In view of the shortcomings in this study,we will also pay attention to the humidity regulation of the automated control system for in-depth design and research,and livestock and poultry feces fermentation tank for amplification design,to adapt to the actual application of large-scale production requirements of organic fertilizer. |
