The integrated numerical simulation system of pilot-in-the-loop system is an important tool to verify the functional design of civil aircraft and study the human factors of aviation.With the improvement of civil aircraft automation,the rationality of the function allocation design between the pilot and the aircraft automation system is an important prerequisite for ensuring flight safety.To ensure a seamless connection from simulation model development to aircraft system design,it is necessary to establish a reasonable design process around the pilot-in-theloop simulation system and establish an effective evaluation mechanism for the design of human-machine function allocation in civil aircraft system design.The research content of this paper mainly includes: introducing model-based system engineering methods to determine the preliminary flow of the pilot-in-the-loop numerical simulation system from aircraftlevel functional design to system-level function realization;establishing a specific method from top level requirements analysis to the of aircraft-level functional architecture design based on "take-off wind shear escape" flight scenario;building the functional module of the pilot-in-the-loop civil aircraft numerical simulation system with the help of flight dynamics models and traditional control models,and improving the pilot model through human factor analysis;establishing the evaluation framework for the pilot’s human-machine function allocation design in civil aircraft simulation system through the combine of black box function interpretation and numerical simulation system modeling.Combing system engineering methods and human-in-the-loop numerical simulation system modeling,this research shows the design process of pilot-in-the-loop simulation system for analysis and verification,and proposes an evaluation framework for human-machine function allocation design.The results can be referenced in the future research of man-machine function interface design in civil aircraft area.
