Research On Response Mechanism Of Civil Aviation Aircraft Crash

After 2010,while China's economy develops rapidly,the civil airlines also achieved a safe and stable development.The expansion of regional aviation and general aviation showed the potential and development space of the civil aviation market on the one hand,and brought some new problems and challenges on the other hand.With the continuous increase of passenger and transport volume,the flight density is approaching the upper limit of airspace capacity,and the incidence of flight accidents has risen and fallen.Some serious flight accidents have been close to the air-crash.In view of the suddenness and harmfulness of civil aviation flight accidents,how to make a good response to the civil aviation system,form an effective mechanism,timely and effective disposal in the early stage of the accident,and minimize the loss in the later stage,so as to improve the overall safety of the system is a important subject.Based on the public emergency management and early warning theories,this paper investigates the current situation of emergency management including government departments,civil aviation administration departments,airport groups,airlines and other related units.Comprehensively use various methods to evaluate,horizontally compare the ability of the system and various departments to deal with flight accidents,analyze and summarize the current problems and overcome methods.Then constructed a set of flight accident response mechanism adapted to the actual needs of civil aviation.The mechanism consists of six sub-mechanisms: warning and decision,emergency response,search and rescue,recovery,investigation and information feedback,and feed-forward control.It breaks through the limitations of previous studies in terms of time,and without overlapping.It is more adaptable to the actual needs of accident response,has certain theoretical and practical significance,and has a positive effect on promoting the overall construction of civil aviation safety.
