As a necessary clothing in the daily leisure life of modern people,home wear has attracted increasing attention.With the improvement of people’s living standards,people have higher requirements for the naturalness,comfort and environmental protection of homewear fabrics.At present,there are some problems in the domestic home service market.For example,styles,fabrics,and styles are relatively simple,lack independent innovation,and pay less attention to home furnishing research.At the same time,kapok fiber has the characteristics of natural,ultra-fine,high hollow,moisture absorption and moisture conduction,anti-bacteria and anti-mite.It is a green and environmentally friendly natural cellulose fiber.Kapok fiber can be used in the fabric design of home furnishings.The design and development of the service provide ideas and reference.This subject focuses on the development and performance evaluation of kapok-containing homewear fabrics,and conducts research from five aspects:market research,trial weaving of homewear fabrics,fabric thermal and moisture comfort,fabric styles,and homewear design.The main research content and research results are as follows:(1)Home service market research aimed at domestic female consumers.This subject focuses on domestic female consumers,designing survey questionnaires,conducting surveys on four aspects:the basic information of the interviewees,their knowledge of home clothing,purchasing behavior and the current problems in the home clothing market.403 valid questionnaires were issued and collected.The results showed that 97%of the respondents would wear home clothes in their lives,nearly half of the female respondents would buy 1-3 sets of home clothes every year.In terms of home service brands,the home service brands that respondents have known and purchased are mainly foreign brands,and they have less knowledge and purchase behavior of domestic brands.Fabric comfort is the most important indicator when buying home clothes,and consumers prefer natural fiber fabrics.The recognition of leisure sports style,mature elegant style and simple style are high.Then establish a statistical model between consumer basic information and purchasing behavior,age will affect consumers’choice of home clothes price,fabric comfort requirements and brand.The consumer’s occupation will affect the choice of styles.There are two main problems in the domestic women’s homewear market.One is the poor comfort of homewear fabrics,and the other is the serious homogeneity of fabrics.(2)Trial weaving of home clothing fabrics containing kapok fiber.The properties of 4 different specifications of kapok/cotton blended yarns with 20/80 blending ratio and their comparative samples were evaluated in 4 aspects,including yarn morphology,evenness,hairiness,and elongation.The results show that in the kapok/cotton blended yarn with a blending ratio of 20/80,the kapok fiber floats on the surface of the yarn;the evenness of the kapok blended yarn is increased with the increase of the yarn linear density,the yarn is not even The performance of the average rate is more obvious;the hairiness of kapok/cotton blended yarn is larger than that of pure cotton yarn;the kapok/cotton blended yarn has more coarse details,and the uneven rate is slightly higher than that of pure cotton yarn;The breaking strength of compact spinning 20/80 kapok/cotton blended yarn is between 170.23c N-294.37c N,and the elongation at break is between 5.33%-6.46%.Then designed 4 kinds of kapok fiber-containing home clothing knitted fabrics trial weaving schemes,prepared 4 kinds of fabrics through weaving,pretreatment,dyeing and other processes,tested the fabric surface morphology,and evaluated the mechanical properties of the fabrics.The results show that kapok fibers are distributed on the surface of the fabric and can maintain a good hollow structure.The mechanical properties of the double rib fabric weave fabric are better than other weft plain knitted fabrics with high linear density.Under the same conditions,the mechanical properties of kapok-containing blended fabrics are slightly better than those of pure cotton fabrics,and they have better elongation at break.The bursting strength of kapok fiber-containing homewear fabrics with free-cut ribs is the largest;the bursting strength of kapok-containing homewear fabrics with the same fabric structure is greater than that of pure cotton fabrics.(3)Evaluation of thermal and moisture comfort of home furnishing fabrics containing kapok fiber.The breathability,thermal resistance,moisture permeability,wicking and moisture resistance of the fabric were tested.The results show that the air permeability of kapok fabric is between230.64-705.48mm/s;the thermal resistance is between 0.0341-0.0364W/(m2·℃);the moisture permeability is between 6415.9-6783.6g/(24h·m2)The vertical wicking height is between 38-132mm,and the horizontal wicking height is between 30-132mm;the moisture resistance is between3.21-3.56 m2·Pa/W.The air permeability of kapok/cotton blended knitted fabric with the same linear density is slightly worse than that of pure cotton fabric;the warmth retention of kapok/cotton blended knitted fabric is better than that of pure cotton fabric;the moisture resistance of pure cotton fabric is smaller,and the ability to hinder moisture transmission Weaker;kapok blended fabric has greater moisture permeability,better wicking ability than pure cotton fabric,and the human body feels more comfortable to wear.The thermal comfort of kapok/cotton blended knitted fabrics with the same blending ratio and different yarn density is related to the fabric structure.(4)Appraisal of fabric style of home clothes containing kapok fiber.Based on the KES-F fabric style test system,the effect of pretreatment on the style of kapok-containing home clothing fabrics was evaluated,and the basic fabric style of kapok-containing home clothing fabrics was compared and evaluated with pure cotton fabrics.The results show that:the tensile recovery rate of kapok fiber homewear fabric is between 27.70%and 41.40%.After the fabric pretreatment,the tensile recovery rate of the kapok blended knitted fabric is significantly reduced,and the tensile recovery ability becomes worse;The stiffness is between 0.54-0.61 c N·cm-1.After pretreatment,the shear stiffness is greatly reduced,and the flexibility of the fabric becomes better;the bending stiffness is between 0.009-0.021 c N·cm2·cm-1,and the bending stiffness is reduced,The softness becomes better;the compression ratio work is between 1.36-1.76 c N·cm·cm-2,and the compression ratio work becomes smaller,which affects the fluffy feel of the fabric;the surface roughness is between2.967-6.724,and the surface is rough after pretreatment The smoothness of most kapok blended knitted fabrics is improved,and the smoothness of kapok/cotton free-cut rib fabrics will be reduced.After the dyeing process,the stretching,shearing and bending properties of the fabric did not change significantly,but the surface roughness of the fabric was significantly reduced,and the smoothness of the fabric was improved.At the same time,the compression ratio was also reduced to a certain extent,which affected the bulkiness of the fabric.Sensation,thereby reducing the compressibility of the fabric.The fabric style evaluation of kapok-containing homewear fabrics showed that the fullness of kapok blended homewear fabrics was 7.28-7.59,and the fullness of pure cotton fabrics was 6.98.The stiffness of kapok blended homewear fabric is between 2.39-2.74,the smoothness is between 5.79-6.18,and the refreshing degree is between 3.65-4.29.The kapok-containing homewear fabric is more comfortable and warm.(5)Design realization and subjective evaluation of home furnishing fabrics containing kapok fiber.Based on the kapok fiber homewear fabric woven in the previous period,the homewear for women in the 18-30 age group was designed and made.Designed a subjective evaluation score sheet for the thermal and moisture comfort and fabric style of home clothing.15 women in this age group made subjective evaluations on the thermal and moisture comfort and fabric style of kapok blended home clothing and pure cotton home clothing.The subjective evaluation scoring table for thermal and moisture comfort is designed with 7scoring indicators,with a score range of-3 to 3 points.The highest average score is 14.2tex kapok/cotton weft kapok blended homewear.Four indicators are designed in the subjective evaluation table of fabric style,and the score ranges from 0 to 5.The fullness and smoothness scores of home clothes containing kapok fiber are relatively high.Comprehensive subjective evaluation of the thermal and moisture comfort of home clothes and fabric style,it is concluded that home clothes containing kapok fibers have better wearing comfort.
