After the internal sewage of a chemical enterprise in an industrial park enters the sewage plant after treatment,it has an impact on the water quality and process of the sewage plant,and the water quality of the sewage plant cannot meet the standard stably.This article proposes optimization and transformation measures for the process operation failures in the sewage plant,and in order to solve the two prominent problems of lack of carbon source and excessively high residual chlorine concentration in the influent,relevant experimental studies are carried out:In view of the problems of the process operation failure of the sewage treatment plant and the high-load wastewater discharge of the enterprise,the source impact control,the thruster angle modification,the control of the oxygen enrichment of the falling water,the control of the DO control of the return nitrification liquid,the optimization of the external carbon source,and the effective chlorine of the inlet water are proposed.The control of six process optimization and transformation measures is aimed at stabilizing process operation and improving water quality.Aiming at the problem of insufficient carbon sources in sewage plants,this study uses mechanical ball milling to crack the remaining sludge and release carbon sources.In the study of the effect of time on cracking the remaining sludge by mechanical ball milling,it can be seen that the cracking effect of steel balls is the best,followed by zirconia beads,and glass beads are the worst.When the cracking time of the steel ball reaches 120 min,the SCOD dissolution value reaches 1223.50mg/L.After cracking for 120 minutes,the increase trend of the concentration of the main indicators slowed down or even decreased.It was determined that 120 minutes was the best time to crack the remaining sludge in this way.In the study of the impact of the particle size of the grinding beads on the mechanical ball milling method to crack the remaining sludge,it can be seen that when the particle size is1 mm,the change of the index concentration of the cracking liquid SCOD is the best.Within180 minutes,the SCOD concentration increased by 2432.3mg/L,Determine that 1mm is the best particle size for steel balls to crack the remaining sludge.Tests by microscope and biological scanning electron microscope show that the impact of the grinding beads on the sludge and the friction and sliding of the grinding beads,the sludge and the tank wall can break the flocs of the sludge and disperse the larger ones.The bacteria micelles make the sludge flocs appear smaller.In view of the high concentration of residual chlorine in the influent of the sewage treatment plant,a study on the removal of sodium dichloroisocyanurate(DCCNa)by three reducing agents was carried out.The experimental results show that,from the perspective of dosage,reaction time,and price,sodium thiosulfate is more efficient in removing residual chlorine than sodium sulfite and ferrous sulfate.When sodium thiosulfate is used as a reducing agent,at the initial residual chlorine concentration of 120mg/L,90mg/L,60mg/L,and 30mg/L,the maximum removal rate of residual chlorine in the first minute is 99.9%,99.9%,99.8,respectively %,99.8%.And the optimal molar ratio and reaction time for the reaction of sodium thiosulfate and DCCNa are determined as follows: when the initial residual chlorine concentration is 120mg/L,the molar ratio is 4:1,and the reaction time is1min;the initial residual chlorine concentration is 90mg/L,60 mg /L,30mg/L,the molar ratio is 3:1,and the reaction time is 1min. |
