The rapid progress of urbanization in China is the inevitable result of social development.The current relatively random and extensive urban construction model has severely damaged the natural ecological environment.Soil erosion,air pollution,industrial solid waste pollution,and frequent geological disasters have become An important factor that restricts social and economic development,affects the urban environment,and threatens people’s normal production and life.The terrain of our country is diverse,and the proportion of plain areas suitable for urban construction is small.The hilly terrain is an important spatial unit for urban construction and social development in our country,and it is also an important ecological function area.Its development and utilization have important practical significance.However,large-scale land development and utilization has destroyed the original topography,ecological structure and habitat process in hilly areas,resulting in a decline in species diversity and a decline in the ability of cities to resist disasters.At the same time,there is less research on the ecological network planning of hilly cities.The existing theories and methods are still immature,which has brought severe challenges to the sustainable development of hilly cities.The author believes that in the process of achieving the major goal of "urban ecological security and economic and social development",it is extremely necessary to focus on researching how to scientifically construct urban ecological networks,ease the relationship between man and land,and achieve sustainable development.In this context,combined with the practical project "Jingde County Urban Ecological Network Planning" that he participated in,the research on the ecological network planning of hilly cities is carried out,hoping to provide certain reference and thinking for the ecological network planning of other hilly cities in southern Anhui.First of all,this article defines the concepts of hilly cities and ecological networks,and distinguishes between ecological networks and greenway networks,green infrastructure,environmental infrastructure and other related concepts;in the analysis and comparison of relevant theoretical foundations,the ecological network at home and abroad is analyzed and compared.The ideological development history,construction method research and social comprehensive practice of network planning were reviewed,analyzed,and comparatively studied respectively,and the construction methods suitable for the ecological network of mountainous and hilly areas were extracted from the research,combined with the study of the spatial layout of mountainous and hilly cities,and the characteristics of mountainous and hilly areas were proposed.Ecological network layout model and construction principles.Secondly,based on the identification and evaluation of the current ecological elements,the study area is evaluated for ecological sensitivity and ecological disturbance to form a comprehensive evaluation system for regional ecological risks.With the GIS platform as the technical support,through the identification,analysis and evaluation of the current ecological resources,the three aspects of connectivity,permeability,and balance are analyzed and construction strategies are proposed,thereby constructing the ecological network of Jingde County.Parameters include connectivity index,corridor density,average edge index,ecological threshold,average fractal dimension,patch density,etc.On this basis,relevant ecological network construction strategies are proposed to form an ecological network of "one belt,two axes and four wedges" Structure,optimize the layout of ecological network land,complete the research on the construction results,and use the landscape pattern index to review the construction results,further demonstrating the rationality and feasibility of the ecological network system plan in mountainous and hilly areas.Finally,this article proposes specific control measures based on the status quo evaluation and combined with the needs of urban development.By proposing specific control measures for permanent urban green belts,core protected areas,peripheral buffer zones,and fringe intersecting areas,the relevant important nodes are rationally built.Improve and rationally arrange the density of ecological space as a whole,ensure that the adjustment and optimization of the ecological space structure are implemented on a practical level,realize a balanced,stable,and connected ecological network space layout,and improve the overall ecological security level of the city.Figure [39];table [11];reference [71]...
