Study On The Construction Of County Ecological City In The Process Of Industrialization

The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China Put ecological civilization as the prominent status, into the construction of socialist modernization’s overall layout, integrated into the economic construction、political construction、 cultural construction、social construction and the whole process, emphasizes the position and role of ecological civilization. Ecological city construction is an effective carrier of ecological civilization construction. Ecological city is a new city’s type which is suitable for living, use the resources more effective, attaches great importance to the harmony between man and nature, realize the harmonious development of economy, society and the environment of new urban concept. Promote the construction of ecological city; it will help to achieve the goal of ecological civilization in our country. County, especially the County-level cities, their economy rises rapidly, many already have achieve the correspondent conditions, is an important force in the construction of ecological city. In vigorously promoting period of industrialization, the contradiction of county economic development and environmental protection is also more prominent. But because of the power of the government at the county level is limited, in the special environment problems, county often have many problem by many constraints on the system, it is the emphasis and difficulty in the creating work. Therefore, in the county as the foothold, research the plight of ecological city construction has important theoretical and realistic significance. Based on the good level industrialization city of Yizheng in Jiangsu province as the object of empirical analysis, attempts to analyze the ecological construction of county industrialization accelerating period and the problems faced, then put forward corresponding countermeasures and solutions.
